Denne smukke tropiske ferieudlejning i Keauhou Resort-området i Kailua-Kona, HI, er kun en blok væk fra den fantastiske Keauhou-bugt og på tværs af gaden fra Kona Country Clubs vidunderlige havgolfbane. Gå til Keauhou Bay og hoppe på Fairwind snorkel cruise for en uforglemmelig oplevelse, leje kajakker svømme eller bare tage i den naturlige skønhed i området. Bare to blokke til restauranter, biografer, landmændsmarked, shopping og en udendørs vogn, der fører dig op ad kysten til den historiske Kailua Village.

Området Keauhou Bay Resort er et af de smukkeste steder i hele Hawaii. I Hawaii-tidskontakt før var dette område strengt forbeholdt royalty. Ingen beboere var tilladt. Heldigvis er alle velkomne i Keauhou i disse dage, og det er blevet et knudepunkt for aktiviteter, herunder to offentlige golfbaner en kort gåtur fra hjemmet, solnedgang og snorkelkrydstogter en blok væk i Keauhou Bay. The house is beautiful, located in a very nice and quiet area. The pool was great, heated and clean with a lot of pool toys. The deck around pool and house is very nice, multiple lounge chairs, a patio set and grill. The house is very clean and perfect size for the 4 of us.

This house is centrally located to just about everything. It’s close to shopping in Kona and the many restaurants in the area. The pool was perfect and clean. The entire house was very clean. This was our second time renting from Martha and truly enjoyed talking to her.

The house was beautiful. We all enjoyed staying there, it had everything we needed. It was also in a convenient location, close to stores and restaurants. Everything was clean and Martha was very helpful.

Great home and stay in Keauhou

The home and the location were perfect for our vacation! The house is comfortable and the pool was clean. It’s a short drive to a local shopping center, various coffee farms, restaurants, and Kailua-Kona. It’s also in walking distance to the coast, a canoe club, and several companies that offer boat tours and manta ray snorkel tours. The owner Martha made the check-in process easy and we had no issues whatsoever. We would definitely come back!

Great stay!

Great location, within walking distance to the ocean, shops, grocery store, golf course and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Private pool is wonderful!!

Perfect place to stay on the Big Island!

Six of us stayed at Martha's property and it was excellent. We were all absolutely thrilled with the accomodation. Easy check in & fast reply time was really appreciated. The property was spacious, clean, well-kept and had everything that we required for our 9 night stay there (working washer, kettle, oven, utensils, cooking equipment, washing tablets, etc). The air conditioning in each bedroom & living room worked perfectly. We loved the pool & outside space, and made great use of it every day. There are a couple of beaches that are < 5mins walk from the property which were perfect for watching sunrise/sunset from. Supermarket was less than a 5 min drive away to grab groceries, and it was an easy 15 min drive into central Kona town. Would definitely stay there if I visited the Big Island again!

The house was perfect for our family , it is close to everything you need supermarket, beach, and restaurants. We had a great time at the house in the pool it was great way to send our free time. Would stay again.

*FANTASTIC*

Stunning home in a quiet neighborhood with lots of room for 6 adults. All the amenities of home with a heated pool. Kitchen had all the cookware, utensils and a dishwasher. Washer and dryer onsite was so handy. Less than a 5 min walk to the ocean! Great communication with the owner. We would definitely go back!

Perfect for us!

This house was perfect for our family. The pool provided hours of fun and our grand kids were delighted to learn to swim in it. Umbrellas, chairs and towels were perfect for beach trips. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but is close to shopping. The little nearby bay was perfect for wave watching and to see gorgeous sunsets. Helpful and kind, our hostess responded quickly to all our questions.

Great property!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group and we took advantage of the great selection of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards in the garage. We used the pool daily. There’s a Manta Ray tour that departs from Keahou Bay which is only a 2 minute drive from the house and was the highlight of our trip. Be sure and read the check out instructions when you arrive so you can make sure you have plenty of time to finish before your departure. Also the refundable deposit will take up to 3 weeks to receive after checkout which was somewhat surprising.

What I great stay! Loved it!

The house and pool were so nice. The location was near the water and much nice shopping. The house and location felt like "home". We all agree, we would defiantly stay there again. Communication with Martha was the best and check in was super easy. No issues with the stay, enjoyed it very much!

Annual Family Vacation

We all had a fabulous time and two weeks was not enough for us. Next trip we are planning to take 3 or 4 weeks. The house is in a very nice location close to everything we like to do. There is a turkey that hangs around and we named him Tommy the mayor. He’s always there to greet us and cars have to slow down and avoid him. The pool is awesome and we spent a lot of time on the deck. The new air conditioner is great. Martha is very responsive and accommodating. Next trip to the Big Island, we will definitely stay here if it is available.

Retirement trip

This was a wonderful place to stay! The owner let us check in early which was very kind of her. Location was wonderful with a quiet neighborhood and 2 beautiful bays nearby. Roomy enough for 6 adults and we all enjoyed the pool. I would say the only downside was the air-conditioning. Overall it was a wonderful trip.

Wonderful 8 day stay

The property location is great, the neighborhood is quiet but still only a 15 min drive to busy Kona. We also walked to a great snorkel beach and a farmers market. The pool was a hit with my grandchildren, 9 & 12. The outside deck area is large, great for morning coffee and evening dining. The house has a homey feel, the beds were comfortable also. We hope to be back for a second visit!

Great place to stay!

We very much enjoyed this house! It was 3 of us adults and 3 kids, and we had more than enough space. The pool was perfect, and the house has many amenities so we didn't have to buy. Great communication with owner if we needed anything. Close to shops, but still in a nice quiet area.

A Week In Paradise

We stayed at Martha’s place for a week. She was very accommodating and her communication was admirable. While the house did get warm within the main area we were aware of this as we read reviews before staying. However, the bedrooms on the 4 hour air conditioner timers helped to keep the rooms cool at night. Concerns that were brought to Martha’s attention were received and she answered immediately. The exterior of the home had lots of updates, but the interior is still dated. We are looking forward to seeing the interior changes that Martha said are to be completed in May 2023.

The location, size and pool were all great. The area is very quiet. We left a small list of items that need attention to make the property even better. The one trouble we did report was quickly cared for.

Great location

3 couples shared this 3-br, 2-bath property. The pool is beautiful and the deck spacious, allowing separate, comfortable conversations. The house is walking distance to Keauhoi Shopping Center and a small boat harbor and swimming beach. All amenities provided - nothing lacking. We'd rent again in a heartbeat!
