The hottub was great, as was the sauna. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with great amenities. Having the shuttle across the street was very convenient. It was good to have a second sink outside the bathroom so we could both get ready at the same time. Cozy, comfortable and the team were responsive and friendly to work with.

Nice spot to have when hanging around town. Perfect price and we felt like we had plenty of space. Very close to the bus line which is super clutch. Bonus sink was also great for one person to get ready at while another used the full bath. Clean kitchen with everything we needed. Quiet area too, nice to sit out and enjoy coffee on the balcony. Host was very responsive and made sure we got in/out alright. Didn’t make it to the hot tub and sauna but maybe next time!

Check in was so easy, basically just showed up and everything was ready. Information was provided two weeks, one week, and the day before as needed. The condo was exactly as shown. The 100 hooks definitely came in handy for all the snow gear! Kitchen was well stocked with everything to make a meal in rather than going out every night. Kids probably would argue the pull out could have been more comfortable, but its a pull out and their kids. Absolutely can not beat the location. An easy 2 minute bus ride up the hill to Peak 7 or 8. and it drops you off right at the complex. "Almost" ski in ski out. Beats parking and getting ready in the parking lot. Hot tub access was a plus. A little bit of a chilly walk next door, but no big deal. There's a couple games in the cabinet under the TV. That was nice for spending some down time. The only negative, as others have said. The unit is on the 3rd floor. There is an outdoor flight and 2 indoor flights of stairs. If you are a flat lander not used to the altitude, these stairs will make you question your fitness ability. For some reason we can ski all day, but these stairs comically took it out of us. Not a deal breaker, just be prepared. Overall we had a great stay with no real issues. Would definitely stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Be absolutely loved this location. We walk the cucumber Gulch twice daily walk to breck several times. Rode the gondola several times this was the best year for us out there with their wise saw several most and mule deer. We love the wildlife.

I had a great vacation staying near Breckenridge. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay while skiing.

Pros:It was a cute, comfortable place to stay, conveniently located on the shuttle route. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with every appliance and utensil you would need. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The management was responsive and nice.Cons: The bedroom window would not open, there was a broken blind and a couple of stains on the carpet. The hot tub hours were limited and not very convenient.Overall, it was a nice place to stay and I would stay there again.

Perfect place for a down-to-earth vacation!

The house was in a great location with easy access to public transit. It was clean, private, and had plenty of space for 3 people! Would definitely recommend to a couple trying to get away for a while 😊

Well appointed and convenient to the Breck shuttle

It's not a luxury condo, but it is fully equipped and very convenient to the shuttle that is two stops from the Breck base. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but the property manager was very responsive and they're likely on their way to be fixed.

Perfect setup

We decided to take advantage of virtual learning and 'moved' to Breck for 6 weeks in this condo and it worked out great!! Had everything we needed, bus is across the street to get wherever we wanted to go or an easy walk up to peak 7 or 8. Would definitely recommend to others!!

This is a comfortable quiet condo with very short bus ride to the Peak 8 lifts. I saw some people walk it. The price is right. Nice deck, kitchen.

Nice condo with easy access to the mountain

We had a good time at this condo. It had everything needed for us to cook and wash up. It was close to the mountain, and we were able to easily jump on the gold express bus to get to town and the peaks. It was very clean, and kept us warm and entertained between our sessions on the mountain.I was a little disappointed the fireplace was decorative only, as we were planning to dry out gear near the fireplace, but there was plenty of space to hang our gear to dry in the hallway. We also expected a washer and dryer in the condo, but it was a coin operated laundromat in another part of the building.We did not try any of the other amenities that were part of the complex, but I could see this being a nice addition for other guests who would stay here.Overall we had a great time and would stay here again. There were just a couple of unexpected differences from what we planned.

Adequate. At best. Some things not working.

The pictures don’t tell the whole story. The carpet was stained and dirty in many places- very,very old. The furniture extremely dated and tired. Looked like it came from goodwill. The gas grill did not work, and we could only discover this after we got in the car and drove to the store a second time, just to get matches or a lighter, as the unit had none. When we bought a lighter, we discovered the grill would not light. We had to cook our steaks in the oven. For very little money, a little taste, and quality control, it would have been a much better experience. The property manager was top notch and very responsive. .cook our streak
