Truely unique 1 bedroom 2 full bath located on the Snowflake run just above the Snowflake lift. Literally lock the door with your skis on and and ski right back to the door. No walking with your ski equipment at all, unlike other so called ski in ski out properties. A short 5 minute walk to center of Main Street or you can take the free shuttle. Private hot tub right outside the door on the ski run.

This unit has an upscale rustic finish with alder cabinets and doors, granite tile countertops, and private entrance facing the ski slope. The furniture is rustic as well with a comfy couch (folds into a bed) and overstuffed chair to chill out in. In the bedroom, there is a king-sized bed and full bath. Get cooking in the kitchen or use the grill out by the hot tub as you recover from a day on the mountain.

Summer time super low rates as well. Feel free to call for last minute deals.

Enjoy yourself just far enough from the hustle Main Street but close enough to walk there.

We enjoyed ourselves

Everything perfect except hot tub wasn’t warm enough or filled enough and bedding needs updating. Other than that great for a couple and close to town. Mike very responsive and nice!

Home away from home

We have stayed at this place for the last ten years now. Always love our time spent at Saddlewood 46. Close to town, but at the same time, not just right there either and right on the bus line. Far enough up the road for great views from the condo and hot tub! It is our home away from home in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado!

Great location!

The best thing going for this property is the location--walking out onto the patio with an amazing view of the mountains and private hot tub.

I love how it's tucked back on a deep cul de sac and a quick walk to town.

Other reviewers have commented on the sofa bed and the need for some refreshing, and I definitely agree with this. We were so glad that we brought a foam pad to use on the sofa mattress because it is awful. The unit was superficially clean but also felt like it could use a good deep cleaning and definitely new carpet. I wasn't a fan of the foamy small rugs in the bathrooms in front of the sink--not sure if they change those out each stay (hopefully). We arrived on a Sunday and discovered that the fan in the master bath wasn't working so I called the management office. When I had questions before our stay they had responded quickly. Reported the fan not working on Monday and was told it would be fixed right away. After 2 days, still no fan and no communication from the management so I called and was told they were waiting for it to come in. By the time we left on Friday, it still wasn't fixed.

Not sure if we would stay here again without a new sofa bed mattress and new carpet.

Great vacation!

This was a great condo that was right on the ski lifts. It was an easy walk to Main Street & had a wonderful little trail under the Ski Lift that we really enjoyed. The condo was roomy & very clean.

Nice location

Needs to be cleaned. Dirty bowls in kitchen cabinet. Green bathrug was dirty and worn out. Shower curtain (inside) needed cleaning . Worn out comforter, plus behind bed and other furniture not cleaned. If place had a few updates, it would be awesome.
