Carillon Beach Ph II vacation rentals

Incredible home and location. You get gulf front amenities for an off the gulf price. The outside living areas were incredible, and the attention to detail in the upstairs bedrooms was special. Impeccably furnished, and such an immaculate home. Hard to envision a better home and location. Carillon Beach is a Jewel. Never crowded, and within a couple miles (or a quick bike ride) to Rosemary Beach and 30A. Make sure to check out little beach Cafe, great people and wonderful breakfast and lunch outside by the fountains in Carillon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOME.

Sonshine is a great home. The location is wonderful and the home is very comfortable. The host was so responsive warm and welcoming.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Our family of 4 adults, 4 children (ages 5,4,6month twins) stayed for a week in June and had a wonderful time. The house is setup well for our numbers and not feel like we were always on top of each other. Love the beach front location with stairs to beach or a sandy walk with no stairs, which made it easy to get things down to the beach. We rented a golf cart for fun but don't need one. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Although, we needed instruction on using the oven properly which we got online. Would definitely come back. The little village has a good pizza place, music on Friday night and a great gift shop. We did order chairs and umbrella for setup since we like to be closer to the water. The chaise lounge setup that is included in the rental is too far from the water.

A Glimpse of Heaven is a great vacation house for a family beach vacation in the gated community of Carillon Beach. The home's location is steps from the walkover, across the street from the beach front homes. The house has more space than we needed but we liked having the extra space. The main floor living/dining/kitchen are very comfortable and were where we spent most of our time when were in the house, which wasn't often. We stayed in the rooms on the second floor most nights but my son and I "camped out" in the crow's nest one night, just because. We did not use the first floor bedroom but it was nice having a bathroom with shower on the main floor. The owners were very responsive when we messaged and we had no issues with the home during our stay. The kitchen has everything you will need and many things you may never touch. There were both charcoal and gas grills available and the ice maker kept up with our daily beach cooler needs. We were looking forward to our next trip before we left! If you have done 30A and are looking for something different, you can't beat Carillon Beach. The shops and restaurants of 30A are a short drive away should you decide to venture out, but once you stay at Carillon you will likely find that "something" that's been missing...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay and had plenty of room. The house had everything we needed and was super clean. The rental company was gracious enough to let us add a day to our original rental in order to avoid storms that we were trying to avoid driving through. We will be back again!

We had a great stay at the Lazy Lizard. The house is steps from the ocean. It is an easy stroll to heated pools, shops, and more. The house itself was clean and as described in the listing. We would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful home!! Took us a little bit to work a "smart" house but we got it mostly figured out:) Outstanding features that you may have missed in the small print. Great wet bar with bar sized ice maker that never got low with 10 adults. A set of beach lounges and umbrella, has the name of house " 8 is enough ". Pool heated 89 degrees. Pool chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 bikes and beach toys in garage. We left a 10' popup also which was very handy. Plenty of pans, dishes and drink glasses. Master bedroom and adjacent room are top of the line and the bed/mattress was perfectly comfortable. We never did figures out master fan though?? Maybe on timer, but worked when it wanted. We would definitely rent again!! And the location is magnificent!!!
