Rich Brazilian cherry wood flooring mixed with natural stone tiles throughout the kitchen, entry foyer, and bathrooms. Ipe wood decking on the exterior lanais intertwine with the inside living space seamlessly, thus extending the interior into a doorway to natures fruitful offerings outside. The semi-circular kitchen has a copper patina artisan metal roof.

The landscaping features an incredibly well-balanced selection of varied tropical foliage. Splendid views of mountains, ocean (distant) and Bali Hai from upper level master suite. When the surf's up, you can hear the waves break. Separate Guest Wing provides privacy from the upstairs suite. Large 2nd floor master suite enjoys Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai views, separate shower, whirlpool tub and wet bar. Both guest rooms have their own ensuite bathroom. Overall style is contemporary with Hawaiian flair, a colorful palate and open angle floor plan. Jacuzzi on the backyard deck is the place to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting at days end.

Three bedrooms are comfortably separated within the 2,940 square-foot living space, each with a king bed and their own private, full bathroom. Split air conditioning units are located in each bedroom and the main living room.

Great house! However, little things need to be fixed: Cupboard under sink is missing some screws on left door; Freezer drawer is missing a handle; gas burners on stove top has one burner not functioning and one that "hisses" even though the gas was lit; some tiles were loose; the patio had a leaky roof; and the drying rack next garage breeze way fell apart (rusty); Other than that, it was very nice.

Best family vacay

We loved staying here! Liz was so helpful with all our questions. The house is great lots of space and privacy between bedrooms. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub after the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Christmas family trip

At first glance, the property seemed to need a little updating and a few repairs. Some lights don’t work screens coming off the side door screws protruding from the back deck front door knob about to fall off on the inside. Having said that this was the most comfortable place we have rented on the island over the last 20 years. We enjoyed the seclusion in privacy and plantings in the yard. The outdoor shower was a pleasure furniture was very comfortable and we would write this as one of the best properties we’ve stayed at. We would recommend it to anybody.

Great house for 3 couples!

Extra large home in quiet upscale neighborhood close to all the north shore has to offer. Especially loved the kitchen, bedrooms and outdoor areas. Well appointed home and would stay there again if returning to Kauai.

Seven Days inn Kauai

The property has everything we needed. It was a great launching point for all of our adventures, and convenient for pretty much everything we needed. The house was clean, and neighborhood incredibly safe. There are some fancy resorts around that are walk/drivable that have great local beach access and sunset views. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit to Kauai.

Great location, good house

This was a very clean and comfortable home rental in a fabulous location. While the home was well furnished and well maintained, it is showing signs of age and would benefit from an interior refresh - fresh paint, new window coverings and repaired windows.

Wonderful Location

This house was perfect for 3 couples. Plenty of space. The kitchen was great for making breakfast and the nights we wanted to stay in and cook. Back patio was beautiful and relaxing. The location of the house was great too. We got to do a lot of fun things in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again next time on Kauai. The space was well laid out and the back yard with deck and hot tub were perfect after long days of hiking. The management company was quick to respond with any questions and the location we perfect, a short drive into Hanalei town for dinner and proximity to all north shore beaches. The backyard also felt very private and was very lush with vegetation.

Yummy stay

The house is wonderful, nestled in a quiet neighborhood and with beautiful views from the lanai and master bedroom. Kitchen is loaded with all manner of tools and very functional. Plenty of room to hang out and play games in the evenings. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for families. Thank you for helping us have a memorable vacation!
