The apartment is located in downtown Siena.
The apartment is a first-floor in an ancient XIV century townhouse within the walls of Siena.
Located halfway between the Duomo and the Basilica of San Domenico, the apartment offers views of the Basilica from both of its bedrooms.
The apartment is an ideal base for a family of four-five that want to experience life in a wonderfully preserved medieval city.
While the furnishing is simple and mostly modern, a century-old vaulted brick ceiling adorns both the kitchen and the living room. A balcony that opens from the queen bedroom offers views over the Basilica.
The bedroom with the two single beds also overlooks San Domenico from its windows.
From the apartment, a 5 minute walk leads to the Duomo. Piazza del Campo is within a 5 minute walk.
The nearest parking lot is half a mile away. Pollicino, a small and inexpensive shuttle, operates from the lot and stops 300 yards from the apartment.
From the apartment you don't need a car to visit nearby Florence or the many Chianti hill towns between the two cities.
Both La Lizza and San Domenico squares, within a 10 minute walk, offer frequent bus service to a multitude of places within and beyond Tuscany.

Wonderful apartment with fantastic location and view!
We had a wonderful stay in Siena! Valentina was so helpful and the apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. The views from both bedrooms were amazing. Very easy walk to the Campo and Dumo. We loved the small corner market, and the owner made us feel we had been customers for years. Great way to experience life in Siena like a local. Best of luck Valentina to the rhinos at the Pailo this July!!
I love Siena!
Absolutely fabulous location to see this old walled city. Stay 2-3 nights at least. The biggest challenge was our driving in from the south (Roma) because the best parking for the apartment is near the city entrance on the North side of the wall. No out-of-towners can drive inside the walls so take special care to arrive from the north side to find the parking. We will be back.
This apartment is located in an ideal spot. Close to everything, plenty of room and a big tub for soaking your legs after walking the hills of Siena.
We enjoyed our stay and love Siena.
Location, location, location
What a terrific spot to stay! All Siena sights are within easy walking distance. A bonus? Local grocery and salumeria. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Elena was a gracious host before and during our stay. Beautiful view of the cathedral. We loved hearing the church bells!

Lovely flat in the center of the old city of Siena
The flat is perfectly located within 5 minutes walk to Piazza del Campo and the Duomo is even closer. Clean and spacious apartment, perfect for the 2 couples that stayed there.

Rates & Availability
Additional information about rental rates
Check-in must be effectuated between 2PM and 7PM on the first day of the rental. Exceptions will be accepted only under previous agreement. Check-out must be effectuated before 10AM on the final day of the rental. The client is responsible for the care of the house property. The client must respect the neighbours. In case of strong complaints from the neighbors, the owner will ask the client to immediately leave the property, and no refund will be available. The Client is responsable for leaving the property in the same condition as upon arrival (including cleanliness). The clients is responsible for removing all the trash from the property. Upon arrival, the Client must inspect the rental property and notify the owner (or the key-holder) the problems found. It is the owner responsibility to solve any problems as soon as possible. Leaving the property without any notification, will not qualify the client for a refund. Note that reparation of electrical, heating and plumbing installations may occasionally need longer time; all efforts will be made to alleviate the clients impact. The lack of an immediate notification to the owner about any problems and/or the lack of contact with the owner during the period of repairing, will not give the client the possibility to ask for any refund. Disturbances or noise caused by third parties outside of the rental property are beyond the control and liability of the owner. Complaints received after the rental period will be not considered. Included in the rental price are the normal use of water, cooking gas, electricity, cooking utensils, tableware, and one set of linens per bed/per week. In case of abnormal use, the owner is entitled to ask for a fair reimbursement. Cleaning services and extra linens (to be explicitly required by the Client) are available at an extra cost of € 100. At any one time the number of guests cannot exceed four adults. Failure to comply will breach the contract.
