***Fantastic Family Vacation Home***

This 4 bedroom home is great for families or anyone who wants a close to the beach California getaway. We generally go away for about 6 weeks each summer so it would be great for a family looking to relocate and check out the area (and help offset our crazy kennel fees for 2 dogs!). It has a bright and open floor plan that is great for relaxation after a fun day enjoying all of what our area has to offer. We are close to Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and San Clemente. Also within an hour drive is LegoLand, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and many other local attractions. This home is family comfortable with the King bed + toddler bed (or crib) in the master bedroom, bunk beds in bedroom #2, a single in room #3 and Queen in bedroom #4. There is a trampoline in the back yard that is great for kids! New kitchen with appliances and kitchenware ready for you to use for eating in savings! The living space and all bedrooms have TVs, Wi-Fi home and a trampoline in the back yard. Our home is within walking/biking distance to Laguna Niguel Regional Park and a short driving distance to many shopping and dining options. We would love to share our family home with you!

We felt so welcomed!

Beth went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! It almost felt like we were staying with family. She made sure my kids had fun things to do and even left us snacks! We were close enough to some great beaches and all the beds were comfy. I’d recommend staying here!

Relaxing getaway

This house was located in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from the beach. Beth was a great hostess and her home is beautiful and perfect for our 2 families staying the night. The trampoline kept my kids very happy. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The only downfall was the upstairs bathroom was not working properly which we found out before we arrived at the house, which was more of an inconvenience. Still we enjoyed our visit and will return to Laguna Niguel again.

Hi! We are a family of 5 (2 boys, 11/8 and a 4 year old girl). We take a lot of trips in the summer to NJ (and other random places :) and over our school breaks for good chunks of time. We also have 2 dogs (Rottweiler and Lab) and kennel them while we are gone. We have been thinking of putting our house for rent while we go to help offset the kennel fees for our pets. It's prob going to be close to a wash if we are lucky enough to get the house are expensive lol! We love to go to the beach, out to eat, to the park, pools (if you have a Lifetime Fitness membership we have one close by and it's fantastic!), go to local attractions or just chill at home when we get a second :)

Why they chose this property

Our house is family friendly or great for a couple or two to just relax and have a close to the beach getaway. We have a very comfortable, bright and light house that's great for people who just want to relax or to use to go in and out as a home base to enjoy all of what our area has to offer. We are in walking distance (.9 mi but with kids honestly I would just put them in the car to make it easier) to the Laguna Niguel YMCA park and pool/splash pad that allows entrance for all for a small fee (park/splash pad is free). There is a ton of shopping close by and there are several beaches just miles from our home. We have TVs in most rooms with cable + Hulu/Amazon/Netflix, etc. We are happy to answer any questions you might have about our home or the area. We want you to have a great time when you are here!

What makes this property unique

We live on a cul de sac so it's great for a family who wants to bring bikes or any out door activities to do while hanging at our house. We also have a trampoline in the back and basketball and tether ball in the front yard.
