Highly recommend staying at this condo. The views of the ocean and proximity to the beach were perfect and the condo had everything that we needed and more. No AC but with the windows and patio doors open, the temperature was comfortable and you can hear the ocean waves. We would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough about this place! It is THE perfect location - awesome place to stay with family. Spectacular hosts! This place is the perfect beach getaway - literally a one minute walk to the pier and beach. Lots of walkable places to shop and grab some food. Place itself is roomy enough for 6 adults to stay at very comfortably and not feel like we were in each others space. Hosts provided beach chairs, boogie boards and towels! They have thought of everything for a family beach vacation! Plus parking for a car - no fighting for beach parking! Would most definitely stay again!

What an absolute treat

Beautiful condo, clean and comfy. Plenty of space for our family of 6. All amenities as described. Literally 1 minute walk to the sand. With the window open I could hear the waves of the ocean. Would definitely come and stay again. Water pressure was awesome in the shower. Hot water works so well. Heads up there is no A/C but opening the windows to let the ocean breeze through made it a lovely temperature inside.

What a perfect location in San Clemente! The neighborhood was quiet and the ocean view/access were great. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were lovely. Our hosts were responsive to questions and the condo was clean. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no AC and traveling the first week of September is a gamble. We found a fan in a closet and there were ceiling fans in two rooms. We did have family nearby, so we were able to borrow another fan. I would imagine in other months, it’s just fine. We would stay here again!

The location is ideal and the accommodations were great. It’s nice to show up to a place and have everything be exactly like the photos! Also, the host is very responsive if you need anything.
