About this property

New luxury 3BR/ 3.5BA condo in the Heart of Bolton!

Our newly constructed 3 Bed, 3.5 Bath (2,200 sqft) condo is in the heart of Bolton Landing - just steps away from Bolton's famous bars, restaurants, beaches and shopping. It sleeps 8 comfortably with Two Kings, a Queen, and daybed with Two Twins and futon for any overflow! There is a main floor living area with a fireplace and balcony and a loft area so parents and kids can enjoy their own spaces. Our kitchen is fully stocked and linens/ towels are included for every bedroom. The condo is in a multi-unit building and is located on the 2nd and 3rd story. There is a shared parking lot with the other unit. Individual units are secured with a private entrance off a common vestibule with a personalized security code assigned to each new guest.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
