Hatteras Hideaway is a well-equipped and comfortable cottage, perfectly suited to serve as an ideal vacation destination for families seeking a peaceful retreat. Guests are kindly advised to bring their own linens, towels, and paper products, ensuring a personalized and comfortable stay. The cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished to reflect the owner's style, while also providing essential amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets/comforters. Additionally, reservation fees, partial stay fees, taxes, and insurance are applicable to ensure a seamless and hassle-free booking process.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a 75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
