If this property comes up in your search in the Ashland, Oregon, area-Take it!! This is a wonderful home. It has everything you need, is close to the Plaza and Shakespeare festival. You can walk if you wish. The surrounding area has some great restaurants and shops to browse. The home is in a large area of 1885-1905 circa built home. A step back in time. The immediate availability of the hostess' daughter for assistance and suggestions is a very nice benefit.I cannot recommend this enough. You will not be sorry you stayed here.Jerry

Beautiful home in sweet neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and very spacious and comfortable. We have a family of 5 and didn’t feel crowded. The neighborhood is quiet and just a 0.5 mile from downtown ashland shops and restaurants. Laura was responsive to all our needs and wonderful to communicate with. I would stay here again.

Amazing stay in quiet neighborhood

Our stay was amazing . This house is exactly as listed in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from a park where the kids can go play. 1/2 mile walk or bike ride into downtown ashland to lithia park, restaurants, and coffee shops. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay. The house was large enough for a family of 5 and we didn’t feel squished. The wrap around porch as a bench swing and it was relaxing to sit on it and drink our coffee and watch the deer stroll through the yard. Laura was very responsive to anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
