Plenty of room on the beach for you to put your chairs to sunbathe or watch the kids play in the sand. Public Access to launch your watercraft less than 5 mins away. Community playground and park with trails only 1 mile away. More than 25 public golf courses within 20 miles. Private dock to tie up your fishing boat or pontoon. Spacious deck, 3-season porch or outdoor wood fire pit offer a choice of where to sit to enjoy the colorful sunsets at the end of the day.
