Perfect Cottonwood Canyons Condo

**NEWLY REMODELED KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS
The perfect spot for skiing, mountain adventures and exploring in the city. Located at the base of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, our condo is 20 minutes from Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton, and 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. The Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley are less than 45 minutes away, accessed via I-215 and I-80.

The condo is equipped with luxury beds and bedding in all bedrooms. A 6 person hot tub is on our secluded deck.

During the winter, visit Alta, Snowbird, Brighton or Solitude, all within a 20 minute drive. The summer also offers beautiful hiking trails, biking and activities, some local hikes accessed within 5 minutes.

* Loft with full size hide-a-bed and a twin bed. Air mattresses also available upon request.

The condo is 2,200 square feet on four levels. Enter from the garage to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main floor comprises the kitchen and family room and a secluded deck with mountain views. The deck has a year round 6-person hot tub and a patio dining table (summer months). The loft has a hide-a-bed sofa and also a twin bed. Enjoy a 50 inch smart TV in the vaulted ceiling family room that can easily stream all your favorite shows and movies (Netflix and Hulu Live available), and also high speed internet that can handle wifi for all your devices. A new full service kitchen with new appliances is stocked with everything you will need. During the summer, enjoy a relaxing meal on the deck that backs onto mountainous open space. In the winter, come back after a great ski day and relax and sit around the fireplace. There are also ski racks in the garage as well as boot warmers to get those boots warmed up for another great day on the slopes. The oversized garages offer plenty of room to store all your fun gear.

We were so pleasantly surprised with the stay! The layout was just perfect for a girls weekend in the mountains and the hot tub was crystal clear! The kitchen was well-stocked and beds and couches were comfortable. When we first walked in, we all were giddy with excitement at how absolutely perfect it was! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The host was AMAZING and made communication, check in and check out a breeze.

Beautiful

This was such a great place to stay while in town for a wedding. The place was just like it was described. Well stocked, roomy, enough space for everyone! We definitely want to come back again and enjoy the winter here.

Best VRBO

This was one of the best VRBO rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Everything we needed was at the house & Leslie made sure we were comfortable with all we needed. This house is close to everything in Salt Lake City. The outdoor patio & hot tub were also nice at the end of each day. I’d highly recommend this place!

We stayed for five nights over New Year's and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for our family of four. The host graciously moved the two twin beds together so our teen son had a roomy bed to sleep in. All the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and there's plenty of pantry storage for your groceries. I loved the remote controlled fireplace- turning it on with a touch of a button! Additionally, the location is perfect! Literally at the intersection of Wasatch Blvd and 190- so you can easily head to the slopes. Our awesome host, Leslie reached out to let us know that we left a few things and she will be mailing them to us this week-much appreciated! We hope to stay again next winter!

Great spot for a ski vacation

Leslie’s property was perfect for a ski trip with friends. The condo is a great place to hang out after a long day of skiing, relaxing in the hot tub and by the fire place. The location is great for both Little & Big Canyon ski resorts. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great ski home base

Three dads and three nine year old boys, house was perfectly located for a long weekend skiing in both big and little cottonwood canyon ski areas. Comfortable space, convenient walking to restaurants, lots of space for keeping ski gear, great communication from owner, would highly recommend.

The perfect ski getaway home base!

Leslie's condo was the perfect home base for our group ski weekend! We were greeted with Crumbl cookies and a seamless check in process. Leslie was communicative and available for us. The place was perfect - beautiful, open, spacious, and just 20 minutes from Alta ski mountain! I would 100% stay here again.

Weekend Ski Trip

Personal touches made our family feel very welcome at this property. Short walk to coffee house and whiskey distillery. Hot tub is private and great natural views. Easy access (by car) to ski areas in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. Highly recommend.
