Kona - Beach Front - what more can you want?

We love our few days in this unit. It had every thing (almost) that we wanted. Air conditioning would be nice for sleeping, but an open window and the ocean roar were a very close 2nd. The unit was modern, well appointed, and anything that we needed (crib and high chair) was supplied by Holly withing an hour or 2.

I would highly recommend this as a great place to relax in Kona, one of our favorite places in the world.

Stunning view!

This is by far our favorite Home Away stay we have ever had! My new husband and I traveled to Kona for our honeymoon and absolutely loved our home away from home. The condo was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. We spent most of our time our on the lanai watching the waves crash and the amazing sunset. Less than 10 mins from town we had the chance to eat at great restaurants, drink with the locals and buy gifts for our family back home. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend staying here to anyone lucky enough to travel to Kona Hi!!

Great location and view!

Pros- location is less than 10 min to grocery store and town. Very convenient. Comfy beds. Well-stocked kitchen WITH coffee grinders (a must in Kona). Excellent view for sunsets and watching surfers and sea turtles from lanai. Very clean. Outside grills by ocean were cleaned daily. Convenient parking under building.

Cons- can't really think of any. I was grilling at about 9:30pm one evening, and the security guy told me that grilling stops at 9pm. He was wanting to lock up the propane tanks. He let me finish, and was super nice about it. But, if you plan on grilling, don't do it very late.

Just as it's pictured

We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is just as it's pictured. The sound of the waves breaking against lava rock was so relaxing we slept like babies the entire time. We did not use any of the condo ammenities - pool, outdoor grill, hot tub, etc. Then again, why would you when there is so much to do in this area. I was really surprised that we really didn't have to deal with any flying pests on the balcony even when we had the lights on at night.

After leaving this condo, we stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa for 5 days due to a work function. The Hilton was over $100/night more and was terrible compared to this condo. Book it and enjoy your vacation!

Refundable damage deposit $500
Tax Rate 13.42%

Deposit amount varies depending on length of stay/total rent. Deposit is paid up front and holds your dates for you until your arrival. At that time the deposit becomes a damage deposit during your stay, and is fully refundable upon your departure. The full rental amount is due upon your arrival.

CANCELLATION: If cancelling 60 or more days out, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit. We charge a 20% charge (of total rent) for cancelled reservations less than 60 days out, unless cancelled dates are re-booked. If you cancel less than 30 days prior of your arrival date, you will not receive any refund of deposit.
