Filthy, not where advertised. Lost my $2500 in fees but it was worth it to not stay here.

We rented on short notice. The ad gave an address in La Primavera stating detailed distances close to the Malecon in central Puerto Vallarta. It is nowhere near there. It's a 30 minute drive away. Upon arrival, got the keys 2 hours later than the scheduled time because it was supposedly being cleaned. When we got in it was FILTHY. Hair all over the floor, on the bathroom walls, in the filthy sinks. Walked out, returned the keys and never went back. How bad was it? Losing every single penny of my $2500 to not stay here was entirely worth it. If you're vacationing in PV, I cannot imagine that this place is one that you would want. If the ad is still saying it's in La Primavera, that should be the first indication of what you're in for. I've rented with VRBO for 20 years around the world and this experience fall through the bottom of anything I've ever had.
