Welcome to 9 Raccoon! This newly remodeled home is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 1,878 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making it enjoyable for up to 8 guests. Inside you will find a newly updated kitchen with a bright and open dining and living area.

• Living room that features a comfortable seating area with a 75-inch flat screen TV, vaulted ceiling with a gas fireplace, and a large supply of board games and books for your enjoyment.
• A spacious and fully stocked kitchen with new stainless appliances
• Dining tables seats 8 with additional seating along the kitchen island
• Master suite located downstairs with a king bed, flat screen TV, an attached dual sink bathroom and access to the outside patio and hot tub
• Master suite upstairs with a king bed, flat screen TV and an attached bathroom
• Second upstairs master suite with a king bed and a custom set of twin bunks, flat screen TV and an attached bathroom
• Front deck with built in deck seating
• Back deck with patio furniture, BBQ, and enclosed private hot tub

Nice home

Really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful gorgeous home kids enjoyed the fire place, can use more cleaning I would say, but overall I would say is a really nice place with a lot activities but few were closed due to COVID.

Great stay

The house was very clean and well laid out. It was very comfortable with nice furnishings and decors. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. It was a perfect place stay. I’m keeping it on my favorites list for sure!

Great location! Very comfortable house

Great family vacation home, very comfortable, had everything we needed. We loved that each room had it's own bathroom. Great location, close to village. Loved having access to the Cove pool. What a treat! Only wished the house came with SHARC passes as well. We will be back!
