About this property

FUN LAKE TRAVIS COMPOUND!

This is the PERFECT lake compound for large families and friends! Loads of space for relaxing or playing in the pool, hot tub, or hanging on the dock. Perfect for bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and family reunions.

You won’t want to leave this house! There are several local boat rentals, google "boat rental near Hudson Bend" for a full list. Some companies will pick you up right at our dock! IF YOU BRING YOUR OWN BOAT, YOU WILL NEED TO LAUNCH IT FROM A NEARBY PUBLIC RAMP. You can tie off at our dock, but we do have access to the ramp. Owner stores boat at dock, please leave it alone.

We have abundant luxurious space for families and friends. 1+ acre of land and spacious 5000+ sq feet of living space. Dining seats 12, Beds for 18 guests. There are 5 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 3 twin beds. Spacious deck with table for 6. Large ground floor patio around our pool. Swim, boat or just hang out at the beautiful pool or on the dock. The new pool is due to be completed June 2026.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Bachelor Party House

Overall great house for a bachelor party. There is a lot of space for everyone to spread out, pool and ping pong table were awesome to have, the pool was a perfect temperature. Host was very responsive. Only downside was that the lake in that area is dried up, so you can’t swim in the lake.

Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and beds for 15 people. Lots of fridge space, great pool area. It was 95 all weekend but the outdoor area did not feel overly hot. Paula was very responsive to any communication. Would stay here again.

Had a great time at the house. Huge space with lots of bedrooms. Fun game room and an amazing pool. Had an issue with a leak in the bottom floor ceiling, but Paula sent someone right over to fix it after I notified her of the issue.

We had a bachelor party at the house, and it was perfect. Lots of room in the back for games, awesome bonfire pit as well. Easily slept 10 guys.

Why they chose this property

If you have a large family or group, you probably wont fit anywhere else on the lake. This house is the perfect get away for family reunions or corporate outings. However, we do have a strict noise ordinance as we do have neighbors that we do not want to be disturbed.

Yard is xeri-scaped with wide variety of flowering plants, trees. Lots of birds, deer, squirrels, sometimes even a fox visits.

Pool Canyon Cove is one of few deep water coves on Lake Travis. The whole cove is no wake zone (boats idle through). Main body is a minute away and you can go skiing or boating while everyone can swim at the house in safety. This cove is the perfect spot for kayaking or paddle boarding. Feel free to bring your own.

The home is 30 minutes from downtown Austin, with shopping and restaurants 10 to 20 minutes away.

What makes this property unique


Invite the entire family but don't worry about being crowded in one home. There are 5 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 3 twin beds This house has plenty of areas for your own peace and enjoyment. Sit on one of the outside decks and stare at the lake or wander down to the lake. OUR NEW POOL IS SCHEDULED FOR COMPLETION MAY 2026🤞
