This charming beach Cottage is situated on a very tranquil street lined with beautiful enchanting oak and palm trees, one block to the beach and the renown Crab Trap & Crabdaddys restaurants. It is a short walk to the St. Simons Island Pier as well as the Old Coast Guard station and East Beach.
This unique Cottage has just been renovated and redecorated with fine art and features beautiful shiplap walls as well as exposed wood beams and new floors throughout! The kitchen has been overhauled and features quartz countertops and an Italian farm house sink.
The living room features a brand new wall mounted 50" flat screen smart TV and ample seating for all. Outside of the living room is a deck for relaxing and hearing the ocean breeze.
The unit boasts two bedrooms with one king sized bed and the other being a queen with generous sized closets. In between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom as well as a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer and plenty of shelving space.
The unit is a very very short walk to Myrtle Street Beach & King and Prince!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. We stayed once downstairs and this time we were upstairs. It’s a great place to stay and a short walk to the beach.
This property exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect - we were close to everything (walking or driving). The layout of the apartment was great; it was decorated nicely and was so comfortable . The beds and the bathroom were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. This property is a gem and we cannot wait to come back again!!!
We can't say enough good things about the cottage. Ryan is a fantastic host and takes great care of his guests. It has become our go-to location for our St. Simons visits. You won't be disappointed!
This end of SSI is our favorite — 3 minute walk to beach & a few restaurants from this super quiet, tucked away street. This rental is renovated inside despite an older facade. Everything clean & tidy. Comfy beds, good shower water-pressure, plenty of beach chairs, and a responsive host. Stairs are only access so don’t overload your suitcase!
We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The location was unbeatable, walking distance to amazing restaurants and the beach. The place was decorated tastefully as well.

Why this property? Park lane is so special because of its unique location on St. Simons Island and is situated on a quiet dead end street lined with beautiful oak trees. It is a close walking distance to nearly all the major amenities that the island has to offer from the Pier Village to renown famous and restaurants.
