First Family Vacation

We are newlyweds and we decided to start our first annual family vacation by ending our summer with sun and water. The stay was amazing. It looked better than the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and we were close enough to the beach and Summer Waves. Everything functioned so well. My toddler did not want to leave and my wife was taking ideas from the decor and layout. If we travel to St. Simons again we definitely want to stay here.

Great Nov St Simons Getaway

This was our first time in St Simons and we really enjoyed the beautiful home. Location was nice and quiet and a short bike ride to East Beach or the island lighthouse and pier. Rode bikes on the St Simons and Jekyll Island beaches a couple times and enjoyed several restaurants and bars on the islands.

Convenient attractive place to explore SSI by bike

Very nicely decorated, clean and well equipped new place. Great kitchen if you cook in. 10 minute walk to rent good bikes then we could explore the island without fighting the surprisingly heavy traffic. David is a responsive excellent host. We’ll be back!

The Perfect Home!

The home was absolutely beautiful and the location was close to everything!! Restaurants and activities were soooo convenient to get to! The house was stocked was everything we needed!! The hosts were very responsive but we never needed anything!! It was a perfect stay and we will definitely stay there again!!!

Everything was great! The place is spotless with many nice touches. Although it’s located in a community, the unit feels like it’s secluded and private due to the wooded area. It’s close to the main road Federico, where restaurants and stores are plentiful. It’s also a short drive to the village shops on Mallery st. This is a gem for a couple or couples wanting quiet time but yet close to everything. The host David is professional and accommodating.

WOW!!

We had an absolutely amazing time in this beautiful, clean home. The best place we have ever stayed in. The decor was nice, the beds were so comfortable and even the towels and washcloths were great. Fancy! The price was right as well! Thank you for everything- we will recommend to everyone!

Really nice place to stay.

The ONLY drawback was that some of the things in the house were so modern this old man had trouble adopting to them. Push button and automatic toilets. Remote controlled ceiling fans. Light dimmers on the side of the light switches, etc., etc. :O) Seriously, you might not be able to find a better place to stay UNLESS you truly need to stay somewhere that you can walk easily to everything you need because of health problems. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Top Tier Vrbo!

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed in! Everything was so thought out. We had everything we would’ve needed to do laundry, dishes, etc. The space was immaculately clean. The bathrooms were so incredible! So nice, so new, so modern. It was such a comfortable stay for our family. The host was super kind; offering to help us get set up with anything we needed for our baby. The host even gave us some local seafood recommendations that were 10/10! We were in the perfect location. Just a couple minutes drive from anything we would’ve wanted to do in St. Simons. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would most definitely stay here again & recommend it to all my family and friends!

Perfect Stay in Saint Simons – Highly Recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at David’s beautiful property in Saint Simons Island, GA, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The home was spotless—every inch was pristine and clearly well taken care of. The design was modern, yet welcoming, and had plenty of space to comfortably fit our group of 5. The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were luxurious with new fixtures and a refreshing feel. The outdoor area had a charming, well-kept seating setup that allowed us to enjoy the evenings. There were numerous TVs throughout the home for entertainment, and the overall layout offered privacy and tranquility, making it feel like a true retreat. David was an exceptional host, always making sure our stay was going smoothly. He was quick to respond to any questions via text and even gave us a call to check in, which made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of. We were in town for my brother’s graduation from FLETCH, and this home’s location was ideal. We could easily pop over to local restaurants, shops, and even some bigger stores a short drive away. If you’re looking for a great dining experience, we highly recommend Georgia Sea Grill—nearby us, where service and menu are truly 5-star, and perfect for a celebratory meal. David, thank you again for making our stay so memorable. Your attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. This property was an incredible value, and we’d love to stay again the next time we’re in the area. Take Care

We had a wonderful stay. The space is modern, spacious, and super clean. The location is superb, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but very central and close to most attractions in SSI. Our host David was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the AC which he promptly addressed and fixed during our stay. Would highly recommend David’s place and would stay here again.
