We had a fantastic experience at this property- super clean and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved the quiet water view and enormous pool that served as our beach for the week. The location is central to restaurants and dive centers- and my wife appreciated the security while I was away diving. It is on our list for next year!

Condo was just as described. It was clean, spacious with an excellent location and beautiful scenic views of the ocean. We had a wonderful time and are hoping to make this an annual trip in this condo. Thank you, Erick for being such a gracious host and being so easy to communicate with. We loved our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The owner takes immense pride in this VRBO and it showed. Our family loved the huge scrabble board on the wall and all the different toys, racquets, fishing rods in the place. Lots to do and the resort was quite nice. View from the balcony was stunning but the outside smell was awful so we didn’t use the balcony as much as we wanted. Great pool, signs said no balls and prohibited many fun activities but most people ignored this and carried on, utilizing the pool appropriately but with disregard to the rules. Amenities such as the pickleball courts were very well maintained. Loved the owner’s great suggestions and ideas for being able to really enjoy our time!

Beautiful unit, great location and nice amenities on the grounds. Loved the Scrabble and the hidden room. We were lucky enough to see 3 manatees right off the boat dock. Erick is an excellent host and very quick to reply.

Don't look any further, book this property! To begin, Erick is a phenomenal owner who sent a welcome email and called to confirm details before arrival, and he had tons of information to share! He was available almost immediately to answer any questions we had, from a very minor maintenance issue (that was fixed within the hour!) to recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The home was spotless with plenty of room to spread out as a family. The "secret" bedroom was loved by my kids, such a cute surprise! Large TV's, and an amazing back porch with a gorgeous view- the list goes on! The very large lagoon pool is just feet from the back door, with another pool and jacuzzi a short walk across the parking lot. There are pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts on the property as well as a marina. Restaurants galore, all within a couple of miles of the property, as well as boat rentals, parasailing, scuba diving- you name it! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in a perfect location. Huge bonus our bed was very comfortable too which isn’t always the case with a rental. The pool was nice and warm which was a bonus on the days when it got alittle chilly. Erick was super responsive and had a ton of fantastic recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, amazing view

We had a great stay. On-site marina and boat launch next door was very convenient. Great reef for fishing directly offshore just a short boat ride. Complex was great with grills, nice pools and hot tub. Condo was very clean. Would definitely stay again.
