Lovely Provencal house of 130 m² with stunning panoramic views. The villa has a flower garden of 1500 m² with a swimming pool.
It consists of 3 bedrooms for 7 people (a master suite on the ground floor with bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom).

It is located in a very quiet place near Saint Paul de Vence and 20 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport and the sea.
