Such a great rental! We stayed a month and looked forward to seeing the manatee from our patio each day. Nice sized Master. Flooring upstairs was really nice. Plenty of space to spread out if traveling with couples or large family. We used the kayaks in the garage and had so much fun! Beach, pools, grounds are excellent. Already planning for next year!
We love Little Harbor and our townhouse this year was great! The kitchen is well-equipped, all of the appliances work great, and the bedrooms are clean and well-maintained. A great place to stay!
I’m from Wisconsin, my family and I loved our stay because it was not far from where my graduation ceremony was held. For my first time booking an air bnb it was such an easy experience.
We had a lovely time at your place. It was perfect. Safe, fun, and convenient.
We would totally stay here again, if was perfect, clean, comfortable, safe, relaxing, and comfortable. Loved watching the manatees play right in front of us!!
We had 8 guests and stayed for 6 nights in March 2026.The good: plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Nice walking in the gated community, with 2 restaurants, 2 pools, a beach and pickleball courts. The bad: upon arrival the house smelled heavily of fish and nildew. We cleaned the grates above the stove, and that helped the fish smell. All 3 bathrooms had evidence of mold above the showers, with exception of the master tub, which did not. With the air conditioner running, the mildew smell was evident, and we had to turn it off as I began to have some breathing issues. Later in the week, we discovered the air vent quite high up.on the master bedroom wall had what appeared to be covered with circles of black mold growth. I did let the owner know, who said they had it tested and it was only dust on the vents but did find aome mold growth from the air samples tested. I am not convinced the circles of very black buildup was dust. I did have to go to urgent care, where i was not found to have a viral infection, and feel it was due to the mold in the home.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take safety of our guests seriously and we are sorry for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay. We did not hear about any issues until the day of your departure, therefore no remediation steps could not be taken during your stay. We take pride in our home and immediately had mold testing done to address the concerns you mentioned.
According to heyallergy.com Tampa's subtropical humidity is arguably the single biggest factor driving year-round allergy symptoms. High humidity creates ideal conditions for mold growth both indoors and outdoors across every month of the year. Outdoor mold spores from Alternaria, Cladosporium, and Aspergillus are constantly present in Tampa's air.
This March was challenging due to a combination of dead leaves on the ground and springtime weather. We have an interesting combination of fall and spring at the same time in this area. As new leaves form on trees the old ones are pushed out and fall to the ground. When plants or plant debris are disturbed, spores and various pollens—are released into the air, where they can be inhaled.
As stated by heyallergy.com mold spores are very common in the Tampa area both indoors and outdoors. When we had the air tested in the home only a few mold spores were found. With the levels found in our home we were told it was considered extremely clean.
Our greatest concern was the issue in the master bedroom. Of the samples taken and tested from the vent in the master bedroom no mold growth was observed.
This vent is difficult to access and clean, which resulted in an accumulation of household dust. While we acknowledge that its appearance was not ideal, it did not present a health risk. We have implemented improved cleaning procedures to prevent this issue from occurring in the future.
Of the samples taken and tested from the bathroom ceilings some samples resulted in mold growth while most samples had no mold growth.
This means that although mold spores were present, most were no longer active or alive. We used vinegar to kill the mold to be more environmentally friendly. Vinegar, however, does not remove all discoloration left by inactive spores. We understand that any discoloration might worry guests, so we've introduced other cleaning procedures to prevent this from happening again
This is my second stay at Little Harbor and we loved it! We saw manatees frolicking every morning in the mangrove trees while sipping coffee on the balcony. David was very professional and a responsive host, especially since we arrived shortly the duo of hurricanes hit the area so we had no idea what to expect. Still a lot of cleanup happening, but our place was perfect for our needs.
Had a wonderful long weekend visiting our son in college. Very clean and so spacious. Grounds were beautiful and we saw the manatee each day from the balcony. Thanks for a great time!
