The Bahia Beach Retreat is a 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Townhouse located in the Little Harbor Resort in Ruskin, Florida. This location has so much to offer with direct water views that allow you to relax, watch the pelicans dive and the fish jump; during your stay you may even see a manatee or three.

Our home is professionally cleaned after every check out so you can feel comfortable in a clean and sanitized environment. Bahia Beach Retreat is a SELF-SERVE destination, guests are advised to bring their own consumables. What do we provide? We provide towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen and all furnishings. Utilities, free Wi-Fi, free Parking and access to all amenities! Additionally, when we prepare the home for our guests, our cleaning crew leaves a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen, 3 trash bags, dish detergent, 1 sponge and hand soaps .

Little Harbor is a Family Friendly Community full of private amenities and activities for our guests! This home is only a 2 minute ride down to the Private Beach and all amenities, including Pools, Restaurants, Bars, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, Kayak/Paddle Board Launch, etc.

Are you hungry? You have options! Hooks Bar & Grille offers a full lunch and dinner menu with indoor and outdoor seating. Don't want to miss the Sunset? Walk down to the Tiki Bar and Sunset Grille! Stay for the live music or walk down to the pier to catch an amazing sunset with incredible skyline views of Tampa and St. Petersburg! Kick off your shoes and walk down our beach, private and family friendly.

Go fishing, kayak or paddle board! Take a guided boat tour or join a fishing tour. Use the golf cart (for additional daily fee) and explore the community. Want to visit the small islands? Rent a jet ski and take a ride to the privately owned but open to public, Beer Can Island! It has a floating Tiki Bar! Have little ones? Plan a picnic in our outdoor picnic area that is located by the Playground! Let the kids play as you enjoy the ocean view!

We enjoyed our stay. Our 2 adult children had their own rooms and their own bathrooms. Definitely better than any hotel could offer and at a reasonable rate. Our host was easy to reach and very responsive. We cooked, played games and swam at the pool. The area was very friendly and peaceful.

Perfect location for a family vacay

This property was perfect for my 2 sisters and me. The 3 BRS/3 baths allowed for us all to have our own spaces, while enjoying the family room and balcony together. We also went to both restaurants, the beach and played Pickleball. Lindsey was prompt in answering questions, and for providing check-in and check-out instructions. And the most important thing is that the unit was CLEAN!

Family Getaway

This is such a lovely property in a quiet area. We stayed for just a few days in January for a staycation ages 12 to 78. Except for going to the manatee Nature Center 20 minutes away we stayed on the property and had plenty to do for all of us. The swimming pool is heated, it was cool enough to play tennis the Sunset Grill has a lot of good entertainment and the sunsets were unbelievable. Would love to come and visit another day another day

Much nicer unit than others we've stayed at in Little Harbor. Beds were comfortable and unit was well equipped. Only disappointment was that the property description had not been updated to reflect that the "game room/tiki bar" in the garage was no longer. We had looked forward to using it. But otherwise a very nice stay.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Bahia Beach Resort in Little Harbor. The townhouse was lovely and had everything we needed for our extended stay. The beach and Sunset Grille in Little Harbor are fun places to visit and the sunsets are incredible. The stay was made special by our host Lindsey, she is amazing and welcoming. She was quick to respond to any questions we might have and offered suggestions on things we might enjoy seeing and doing. We had such a great time that we have booked another visit for next year.

A wonderful trip

Lindsey is a wonderful host. The townhouse is nice, clean and has everything you could need for your stay including beautiful views from the living room outside deck (one of 4) of a cove where we watched manatee. Little Harbor is a wonderful place with a beach, two restaurants and fantastic sunsets. This was the second time we have stayed here and we already have reservations for next year. This is us! Everyone has their story and we hope we can share a bit of ours with you. Jeremy and I love the water and even more so LOVE boating with our family. We found Ruskin by mistake but count our blessings daily as this is where we want to be. We currently live in Clermont, FL which has been an absolutely fantastic place to raise our family but looking into the future we need to be closer to the open water and Tampa Bay is our place to be! We have one in high school and another in middle, that time keeps getting closer and closer as our babies grow up. I wish I could stop or slow down time but since I can't, let's make the best of it!

Why they chose this property

Once we went down to Sunset Grill had the experience of one of their sunsets we were sold. This property couldn't be more perfect for folks that enjoy boating and beaching with a side pool. Everywhere you go you see beauty from sea birds to manatees. Top to bottom Bahia Beach Retreat is the ultimate relaxation destination.

What makes this property unique

We've upgraded and renovated the Bahia Beach Retreat living areas for the ultimate vacation. Hang out at the ground level and play some darts and hang out at the Tiki Loneki (your own personal tiki bar!). Travel up to the main level, you run into balconies over looking the water with breathe taking sunset views. Finally make it up to the top level and have yourself a quiet and relaxing moment on your personal balcony then snuggle into a nice comfy bed. Every level takes you on a different journey. Enjoy your time and leave you worries behind.
