The Bahia Beach Retreat is a 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Townhouse located in the Little Harbor Resort in Ruskin, Florida. This location has so much to offer with direct water views that allow you to relax, watch the pelicans dive and the fish jump; during your stay you may even see a manatee or three.

The Main Living Area offers you comfortable upgraded furniture, including a relaxing, fluffy Down-Filled Sofa, a 70" Flat Screen TV, Electric Fireplace, and a Bay View Balcony with Patio Seating to enjoy your mornings and those gorgeous sunset evenings!

Master Bedroom - King Bedroom En Suite Walk In Shower and Shower Tub Combination with Large Dressing Area. 40" Smart Flat Screen TV and Private Balcony with Bay View.

Our home is professionally cleaned after every check out so you can feel comfortable in a clean and sanitized environment. Bahia Beach Retreat is a SELF-SERVE destination, guests are advised to bring their own consumables. What do we provide? We provide towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen and all furnishings. Utilities, free Wi-Fi, free Parking and access to all amenities! Additionally, when we prepare the home for our guests, our cleaning crew leaves a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen, 3 trash bags, dish detergent, 1 sponge and hand soaps .

Little Harbor is a Family Friendly Community full of private amenities and activities for our guests! This home is only a 2 minute ride down to the Private Beach and all amenities, including Pools, Restaurants, Bars, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, Kayak/Paddle Board Launch, etc.

Are you hungry? You have options! Hooks Bar & Grille offers a full lunch and dinner menu with indoor and outdoor seating. Don't want to miss the Sunset? Walk down to the Tiki Bar and Sunset Grille! Stay for the live music or walk down to the pier to catch an amazing sunset with incredible skyline views of Tampa and St. Petersburg! Kick off your shoes and walk down our beach, private and family friendly.

Go fishing, kayak or paddle board! Take a guided boat tour or join a fishing tour. Use the golf cart (for additional daily fee) and explore the community. Want to visit the small islands? Great Ruskin Area Home

Very nice townhome if you're in the Ruskin area, check in was super easy, and the house is very well appointed, great bunk beds for kids make it family oriented. The community it's in has some nice little restaurants so you don't have to venture too far if you don't want to. All in all a very nice place to stay for a few days with Tampa and Sarasota in easy reach.

Great place to stay!

Very nice condo, great for families. It's in a nice neighborhood with access to a pool and is close to two restaurants and a small beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful relaxing views

Well laid out condo. Great kids bedroom with gaming chairs. Our granddaughter loved it. It has the most comfortable mattresses I've had to date. I recommend this stay highly.

Perfect location for a family vacay

This property was perfect for my 2 sisters and me. The 3 BRS/3 baths allowed for us all to have our own spaces, while enjoying the family room and balcony together. We also went to both restaurants, the beach and played Pickleball. Lindsey was prompt in answering questions, and for providing check-in and check-out instructions. And the most important thing is that the unit was CLEAN!

Beautiful, clean, homey getaway w beach/sunsets

Lindsey was an amazing communicator and wonderful host. The property was just as described and was very clean. My husband and I, along w our adult children (early 20’s) had an amazing stay. Between the 4 balconies, comfortable private bedrooms, living room and bonus room w dart board we had plenty of room to spread out as well as be together. The recommended restaurants were great & the sunsets were amazing! We never hit the pool due to cool temps but I imagine it would have been great. Apollo beach was so close and we found lots of shark teeth & turtle shell fossils! The (free) manatee viewing center is right there & was super cool! Had lunch at Fins on the water and enjoyed ourselves. The area is not touristy. It takes about an hour drive to get to Fort DeSoto, St Pete’s/John’s Pass or Anna Maria island for shelling, crowds & touristy things. In the opposite direction, it was about an hour to watch the college baseball teams play. Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Our 2 adult children had their own rooms and their own bathrooms. Definitely better than any hotel could offer and at a reasonable rate. Our host was easy to reach and very responsive. We cooked, played games and swam at the pool. The area was very friendly and peaceful.

Lovely home with great property management.

Much nicer unit than others we've stayed at in Little Harbor. Beds were comfortable and unit was well equipped. Only disappointment was that the property description had not been updated to reflect that the "game room/tiki bar" in the garage was no longer. We had looked forward to using it. But otherwise a very nice stay.

Family Getaway

This is such a lovely property in a quiet area. We stayed for just a few days in January for a staycation ages 12 to 78. Except for going to the manatee Nature Center 20 minutes away we stayed on the property and had plenty to do for all of us. The swimming pool is heated, it was cool enough to play tennis the Sunset Grill has a lot of good entertainment and the sunsets were unbelievable. Would love to come and visit another day another day

Spacious, clean vacation getaway

The property was very nicely laid out, clean, and spacious. Every room had a balcony, bathroom, and comfy beds! Access to a fabulous little beach and restaurant with outside seating to take in gorgeous sunset views. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Local residents to the area. However, each July 4, we spend a short staycation for the wife's bday and the 4th at Little Harbor. We've stayed in 6+ different townhomes / condo locations on Bahia Beach Blvd. The accommodations at this location were the best we've encountered. Having the garage availability with games for the kids/adults was 5-star. This was used everyday by our family. Nice place to retreat for an adult beverage or two as well. The living area was clean and had everything we needed for the kitchen on hand. Just bring the ingredients to compile your food. The bed / bathroom in the master was great. The bed was firm and adequate airflow with the fans and a/c cranking. It can get stupid hot in July, so this was important. The other beds were nice and comfy as well. Overall, of course we will look to book here again. Rented a golf cart from an offsite company (SSCC). It's operated by a locally well known owner and located close to LH. Thank you Lindsey and family!!! The communication from the owner and the flexibility they had with us was 2nd to none. The owners even gave us a little unexpected surprise for the wife's bday... Can't beat an early checkin, when available... ;)

A wonderful trip

Lindsey is a wonderful host. The townhouse is nice, clean and has everything you could need for your stay including beautiful views from the living room outside deck (one of 4) of a cove where we watched manatee. Little Harbor is a wonderful place with a beach, two restaurants and fantastic sunsets. This was the second time we have stayed here and we already have reservations for next year. The perfect home away from home!

My husband and I stayed at Lindsey's fabulous unit for the month of November. Our grown children & grandchildren joined us for 2 of the weeks and the space was perfect for two sets of adults and the grand kids. We enjoyed watching the manatees during our morning coffee and throughout the day. The location was a perfect jumping off spot to Siesta Key, St. Petersburg and Tampa. The beach and pool are so relaxing and a short walk from the unit. The use of the golf cart was also appreciated! We took advantage of the tiki room and bbq as well. Lindsey is a super host who responds quickly to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this unit for long term stays!

Magnificent Sunsets

Location: If you aren't a boater there really isn't much to do locally. Even the restaurants out side of the property are really just basic. There are a few gems out there to drive to. You really need to drive to see nice beaches, which we did do, 50 min. from Anna Marie Is., 50 min. away from Treasure Isl. I guess we were spoiled being able to be in the heart of a beach location, which this really was not as the beach was rather small, dark water and seaweed. There were no rentals such as jet skies as the sign indicates on the description of the site. Perhaps it was the time of year that we went. If you are truly looking for rest and relaxation this may just be for you. The sunsets when not cloudy are really worth seeing down by the beach area. I do not think this area sprays for bugs as other areas such as Clearwater and Indian Rocks does so beware of the bites. For the the townhouse itself it was nice & quaint, 3 bedrooms & baths were definitely a plus. One thing I would suggest is putting better pictures up of the rooms as it is hard to gage the size of the rooms by the close up pictures that are on the site. I did feel the main living space was pretty small. Another suggestion is to state that there are 2 flights of stairs in this townhouse, in case you have people joining you who have trouble doing stairs. Lindsey, the owner was very nice and accommodating. She even over-nighted beach towels to us when I could not find them.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, and beautifully decorated. Enjoyed the shuffleboard table and darts in the tiki bar. Loved having the golf cart to cruise around the neighborhood in. Host was very responsive and super friendly.

This is us! Everyone has their story and we hope we can share a bit of ours with you. Jeremy and I love the water and even more so LOVE boating with our family. We found Ruskin by mistake but count our blessings daily as this is where we want to be. We currently live in Clermont, FL which has been an absolutely fantastic place to raise our family but looking into the future we need to be closer to the open water and Tampa Bay is our place to be! We have one in high school and another in middle, that time keeps getting closer and closer as our babies grow up. I wish I could stop or slow down time but since I can't, let's make the best of it!

We've upgraded and renovated the Bahia Beach Retreat living areas for the ultimate vacation. Hang out at the ground level and play some darts and hang out at the Tiki Loneki (your own personal tiki bar!). Travel up to the main level, you run into balconies over looking the water with breathe taking sunset views.
