Key lime review

We had a great time at key lime with its spacious layout and charming porch and pool was a plus! My grandson loved the pool. It is close to the beach which was great as well. The only complaints I would have are the ice maker not working and the cleanliness of the floors. My grandson insisted on bare feet which became black in a short time from the floors. Overall we loved the location and size and amenities of this home.

Good Stay at Key Lime

We had a good stay at Key Lime for a larger family gathering with kids and dogs. The size and layout of the home make it well suited for larger groups. The location, with its proximity to Rosemary Beach and the beach, is hard to beat. The home itself has some wear and tear but everything worked. We found it to be a good value given the size, location, and amenities. There is a small but sufficient area of public beach at the end of Winston Ln.

I want more Key Lime Pie!!

We were group of 10 tennis players who found the accommodation's comfortable and very close to Rosemary Beach Racquet Club. The outside area is huge compared to other places we have stayed in the past. The pool area and pool house was amazing. Working with paradise properties was easy and will definitely book early for next year. The complimentary bikes and golf cart were a big plus. Thank you!

Nice location but didn't meet expectations.

We loved the location and layout of the home. Plenty of parking and it was nice to have a golf cart and bikes provided. The porches were enjoyed by all and the pet friendly fenced in yard was great. It was especially nice to have a private pool that was heated during the Christmas holidays. The rental was available last minute when we needed somewhere to go after moving out of our home while waiting to move into our new home. However, it was not cleaned properly before our arrival. The furniture was visibly very dirty and smelly. Everyone's feet were black within minutes of taking off our shoes. The floors were filthy and surfaces were dusty. Countertops were not clean. There was water in the cabinet under the kitchen sink with wet hand towels left behind. Multiple light bulbs were burnt out throughout the home so many of the rooms would not light up, including the master closet. The items in the pantry were all covered in dust and had dead bugs inside them. The second day our family woke up congested and my husband checked the air filter. It appeared to have been changed but the return was covered in thick dust. He cleaned it and we all felt better afterward. From pictures you would assume the pool has a hot tub, but the hot tub does not function and the maintenance company would't allow the temperature to be heated above 92 so while the temperatures were chilly outside it wasn't warm enough to swim most days. This rental needs some cleaning and maintenance. If that was handled, we might reconsider staying there again solely because the location is amazing and it had plenty of parking for all of our cars. Communication was great with rental agency and maintenance arrived as expected when requested.

June Beach Trip

We stayed at Key Lime Pie in Inlet Beach for a week. It had great proximity to the beach and Rosemary Beach. The house's outdoor spaces and pool were exceptional! The home itself fit our needs for a perfect week of celebrations! We hope to do it again in very near future!

Fall Break

Property was absolutely perfect for our group of 11 (mom, dad, grandmother and 8 well-behaved teens...Thank the LORD)! The Cabana, outdoor kitchen and pool area gave us plenty of room to spread out, while all the windows gave the adults an opportunity to supervise. The golf-cart and bikes were well-used. Most of all, the house was VERY clean, both kitchens were well stocked, and the property managers were the VERY BEST I've ever met. Denise and Noah were absolute God-sends when we broke a glass, lost a wallet, etc. Could not recommend Paradise Properties or this home more highly.

Perfect week

From check in until check out, our family had a wonderful time together at Key Lime Pie! The house is perfect for a 3 generation family to spread out or gather. The beds are comfortable and everything seemed well tended. The kitchen was the most complete we have ever had at the beach. Proximity to the Destin Ice House for the daily catch and the Donut Hole made mealtime easy and enjoyable. The outdoor kitchen and pool house were also utilized daily. GREAT TIME AT THE HOUSE AND A GREAT LOCATION

THE TIME WE SPENT AT THE HOUSE WAS GREAT, ALONG WITH THE LOCATION. I DO THINK IT NEEDS SOME UPDATING FOR THE PRICE THAT THEY CHARGE. THE KITCHEN IS VERY AWKWARDLY POSITIONED BUT IT DID THE JOB. OVERALL, WE HAD A GREAT TIME!

Spring Break 2023

The Key Lime Pie property was a excellent choice for our large family and family pets. I was skeptical at first as this is the first time our large family "13" had tried to book a property that allowed pets. The property was very nice and clean and the pool offered a great choice for our grandchildren. The location of the property to the beach was excellent.
