Welcome to our home away from home. The map states its on Laguna beach which is on Thomas drive towards the state park in Panama City(misleading) Our Newly remolded oasis is nothing short of amazing. We just finished painting and remodeling the condo. Whether you are looking for a weekend get away(for the winter or fall) or for a long vacation in the summer this perfect spot is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Located on the 4th floor Our unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen with full sized appliances and anything you could imagine that one may use in the kitchen,coffee pot, keurig, crock pot ,pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls,blender, mixer baking pans and more. The dining area has a table with four chairs and three bar stools at the bar. The living room has all new furniture a flat screen TV with a DVD player and newly installed ROKU systems on the TV'S, movies for you to watch, games for all aged children to play, free WiFi, the balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, smart TV, DVD player and access to the balcony. The second bedroom had two full sized beds, flat screen TV and full sized pac man game. A stackable washer and dryer are located next to the bathroom. The unit is located on the 4th floor, where the beach and both pools can be perfectly seen. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included with you rental From March 1 through October 31. Regency has 24 hour security and is in a gated community.

Regency towers also offers , tiki bar that serves food and drinks, work out rooms, game room, grills for cooking. The BEST Tiki Bar "Bikini Bobs" on the beach (March-Oct) offering Great Food, Drink Specials, Reasonable Prices, etc- It's Awesome! Regency Towers offers special events for owners and guest (June-Aug) such as Movie Night, Karaoke, Water Slides, Bon Fire on Beach, etc. You will never want to leave the property! Regency Towers charges a one time $50 parking fee that MUST be paid by the guest at check in. There is a one time administration fee of 59.00 that is to be paid, however we do not charge a security deposit. There are NO HIDDEN FEES such as amenities, Wi-Fi access etc. We look forward to having you stay in our condo on your next vacation.

Our unit does not allow pets or smoking. If there are signs of smoking your deposit will not be returned. If you need anything please feel free to reach out to me at any time. A code and a list of instructions will be emailed to you the day before you enter the unit or after your payment is received in full. If you would like me to mail them to you I can certainly do that as well. We look forward to you enjoying our "Home away from Home"

We had an issue with the AC shortly after arrival. The owner did everything in their power to have it resolved as quickly as possible and checked on us each day. After that was resolved the rest of the trip was fantastic. The condo is beautifully decorated and makes you feel right at home. We stay at Regency every year and this condo will be our new favorite. Definitely will book again.

As soon as we got to the property, it looked awesome. Everything was clean, in place and very cold inside condo(lol). The view from balcony(4th floor) was very nice. Parking was in package but if you go out the hotel and try to get back … good luck on finding parking. We had to park across the street in an empty lot. Not to safe. But everything was fine. Would recommend it and will definite contact seller for this condo again.

Relaxing Vacation

Beautifully decorated condo. Mischelle was quick to respond throughout the booking process. We had no issues while visiting and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location of Regency Towers is at a much quieter end of the "strip", but still within reasonable distance of everything which is what we were looking for. The condo sits directly above Bikini Bob's where music, food and drinks can be found daily. Don't let this deter you from booking unit 411 though; we weren't able to hear any noise from outside while in the unit. It was perfectly situated and an easy climb on the stairs if you didn't feel like waiting on the elevator. The property is a gated community with 24/7 security. Our kids loved their room and took ample opportunity to try and beat the PacMan top score! The views are gorgeous as is the condo; we felt right at home! Highly recommend.

It was about as perfect as you can get!!

I’ve not had a experience quite like this one. The condo owner was friendly and stayed in contact with us. Before this experience I’ve never had a condo owner contact me and ask if we needed anything or ask if we had questions. The condo was perfect size and just on the right floor! Your not so high you can’t take the stairs but high enough to get the view from the balcony. The check-in process was delightful and easy.

Well, while vrbo's reach is worldwide, in this case it turned out that we actually lived in the same vacinity/locale. And we were their first vrbo customers! It is indeed a small world sometimes. We found the place using vrbo of course, and liked the pictures posted there. Sometimes these pictures can be a little misleading, but I'm happy to report that in this case they were spot on. The condo had been fairly recently renovated, and the place was wonderfully appointed, and decorated with aplomb! We normally seek condos located on 6th to 8th floors, because of better views and lower noise levels from around the pools, etc. So we were a liitle worried about only being on the 4th floor. But the crowds were limited due to being late in the season and views were still very good, with little external noise. Mischelle was very helpful and responsive with all our inquiries, and very kind as well! We are already planning our next trip to PCB, and we will certainly return here...we rate it as excellent, 5 stars! You won't be disappointed, as this condo is a cut above the norm for the Regecy Towers...and we've stayed in several different condos at this locale, and this was easily the best by far!!! You won't be disappointed...thank you Mischelle!

I work for the Cancer treatment center in Atlanta Ga, and my husband is a Lieutenant for the Fire Department, we have two beautiful children and we all love to spend as much time as we can at the beach that is why we made sure it is the perfect get away for you and your families to enjoy.
