5th Villa to Beach Remodeled for 2021- Steps to Open Beach SLEEPS 7

This condo was renovated with new kitchen cabinets, crown moulding, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, high quality sleeper /sofa (queen)in the living room, porcelain tile floor in winter 2020. The condo is conveniently located on the first floor and just steps away from the beach (the 5th villa from the beach) -- 3 minutes and you are on the sand!. For your added enjoyment we have installed ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room as well as a flat panel tvs /cable access in both rooms. Free Wireless Internet Access Provided.
There is a small deck to relax on outside the villa and listen to the ocean waves and feel the ocean breeze. The deck faces Admirals Row (very quiet). The resort has the Island's largest oceanfront pool. There is also a Tiki bar there to relax and have a drink while listening to Island Music (In Season)

The resort also features an exercise center, full service Sports Bar / Restaurant, a store, TEN tennis courts, shuffleboard, a playground, and daily activities for the children (in season. There is also a bike rental company onsite if you want to take advantage of Hilton Heads wonderful bike trails.

Fabulous

Cleanest VRBO we have stayed. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a great bed, and is close to the beach, restaurants, etc. Superb communication, extra mile effort by the owner, 5-Star experience.

Weekend Getaway

We had a brief but comfortable stay at this unit. The upgraded kitchen and bathroom were a nice touch. The check in process was seamless. For two people, the unit and location provided everything we needed to escape for a couple of days. What made this stay stand out was the communication with the owner. Their communication was not just timely, but proactive. They reached out regularly to make sure our stay met our expectations and were responsive to our questions and comments. We would stay here again.

Cute and cozy with an unfortunate issue

The place is quaint and updated. Unfortunately unable to enjoy it due to an issue from the previous renter. Had to leave the balcony door open the entire stay during the brisk weather in order to minimize the smoke smell. The owner of the unit was responsive but was somewhat limited in their ability to mitigate the issue due to the extent of the mishab, but did try hard with their cleaning company never the less. Unfortunately due to the circumstances and the timing we were unable to find another place to move to, so we just had to tough it out. Not owners fault and seems to be an anomaly, so we will give the place another shot during our next visit.

Close to beach

Nice location, close to beach. Very clean, well stocked. The only issue we experienced was difficulty in locking the sliding glass door.

Owners very responsive, nice property

This was a great condo, perfect for a small family. It was really nice that they had extra amenities like nice beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and even toys. When we had one very small issue with not having enough linens, the owners were super responsive and had extra linens delivered the next day. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

Everything was great!! The condo is in great condition with everything you need. Host was excellent and made everything as easy as possible. Will definitely stay here again next year. You can’t go wrong with this condo.

Great beach access

We came for the close easy beach access and were not disappointed. Probably a 5 minute walk from the condo door to the beach shore. The property is clean and updated. Checkin is simple and the owner promptly responds to questions. There was plenty of parking available very close to the condo and it’s nice staying on the 1st floor. My only critique was I didn’t see any dishwasher detergent.

Fantastic property & great location!

This was the perfect little condo for our family of 5. Just enough space. Right near the boardwalk entrance. Short walk to the pool. The pool was nice & spacious! The beach bar on property looked SUPER fun & always seemed to have music or something going on. The owners had great communication & great recommendations. We didn’t want to leave! Wonderful, relaxing home to enjoy & explore Hilton Head.

Three day get away

We enjoyed our three nights before our entire family joined us on Saturday at a house we rented:). Perfect size & location for the two us! We had a great time! Will definitely be back.

The price is wonderful! Location we loved! The restaurants onsite are great! We had great communication with Marco what a wonderful host! The condo was so clean we just truly enjoyed our vacation !

Quick beach trip

Great location and condo. Fully stocked kitchen. Condo on bottom floor, extremely short walk to beach boardwalk. Nice wash off station as you come off beach. Comfy beach chairs and umbrella available for use. Great communication with host. Resort seems nice, but our stay was so short we didn’t venture off the beach. This listing will be the first one we check dates on next time we head back to the island!

5th villa from beach

It was misleading regarding where the villa was located compared to pictures on site. The pool was not even close to the villa. And the villa did not face the ocean view. We were left 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for one week. Therefore, we had to go buy more. There were too many rules to feel comfortable. If you are a smoker, you may want to look elsewhere.
