Amazing property!!

This place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful condo, super clean and organized. Spike & Lilly are excellent property mangers. They made our trip easier & more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to all and would stay here again if given an option.

Perfect Location

Overall a great property in an amazing location. The slopes are 15 feet away across the street. Clean and stocked. Owners are responsive to some items needed standard upkeep to daily use. Overall excellent and look forward to coming back.

5 Star Stay at Heavenly Mountain

During a huge snow storm my family came up to the condo for skiing. The condo is comfortable, clean, warm, stocked with drinks, snacks, fruits whatever you might need which was great because driving was tough and stores were closed with the storm. The condo is perfectly located for ski in ski out, probably the closest you can get to Stagecoach chair lifts and a great restaurant, Fox and Hound, just down the street. Spike and Lily were extremely responsive, helpful and great hosts.

Excellent place for winter!

It is a great place to stay for all seasons but winter would be an excellent one! Almost right across the street from Stagecoach Express. It’s family friendly. Two Big beds on the main floor and two bunk beds on the floor above with spacious area with big sofa and huge TV and another smaller TV. The stairs inside the house are very steep. Wi-Fi doesn’t work well. Lily - property manager is responsive. The keypad to the door can be sketchy at times so make sure to take the phone number provided to receive help. Almost got locked out for a long time. Thankfully, it worked after a few tries. Lily and Spike has graciously kept fruits, teas, snacks and local drinks with frosted mugs. Thank you! Overall, a great stay:)

Ski in/out South Lake Tahoe

Overall it was great! We had a wonderful welcome package and the owners were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. The ski in/out makes it all worth it. A quick walk across one lane street and you’re on the slopes for your first lift. We only have 2 minor dislikes. 1: there’s a very faint smoke smell. It’s not intolerable but just something to be noted as it’s listed as smoke free. 2: it is not sound proof. Hopefully during your stay you will have better neighbors but ours were AWFUL. If sounded like they put on their ski boots and tapped down their hallway all hours of the day and night. We tried different room throughout the condo and could not escape their over the top noise. Other than that, it was a very successful trip and I would definitely recommend this condo to others. We enjoyed our stay, it was close to restaurants and town, and owners were wonderful to work with.

Ski In Ski Out

Absolutely great location on the slope of Heavenly! Walk across the street and ski down to the lift. Location can't be beat. Unit was clean and ready and the owners were generous providing some snacks and local beverages to welcome us in :) We had four people and we were very comfortable for the week. Kitchen was well - stocked and we were able to cook and eat with no trouble at all. I was a great week overall!!

Perfect spot for friends and family right next to the ski lift

I was very happy with the location and property. The Ski lift is literally in front of the property which made it awesome to hop right onto the mountain. The owner was very accommodating and answered any of my questions/concerns in a timely fashion. She also provided complimentary snacks, which was awesome after a long day of traveling. I was overall very happy with our stay and would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get together with a group of friends.

Te llevas una gran decepción cuando llegas y descubres una enorme escalera toda sucia y cuando te vas a dormir te encuentras con las sábanas sucias y mal olientes las toallas también tenían una aroma no muy agradable la limpieza de la cocina pues no es la excepción yo trabajo en limpieza de casas y para mi experiencia se cobra demasiado dinero para la calidad de limpieza así que yo no lo recomiendo y no vuelvo a rentar esta propiedad lástima de la ubicación porqué es un buen lugar

Fun & nice but lots of stairs

We had a great time during our first trip to Lake Tahoe. The location was great, lots of room and pleasant. The only drawback, and somewhat of a big one for our family, were the 3 flights of steep stairs (which were very dirty) to enter the unit which were not disclosed in the listing description. With two seniors and myself being somewhat recently post chemotherapy, it was tough on us. We recommend including the stairs in the description.

Perfect stay!

Cabin was clean with a surprising amount of amenities. Beautiful view with plenty places to go to nearby. Felt homey and we were able to comfortably sleep 10 people.

Family ski trip

The ski-in/ski-out location was perfect and super convenient. Condo was clean with all basic amenities, and there were even lots of board games for the kids to play with. Owner was easy to reach and responded to all inquiries within minutes.

Incredible location!

Best spot to stay on the mountain. You just walk out the door and walk 30 feet to the snow. The lift is right there. Our kids loved the convenience. The property is super clean and the owners were awesome to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

Good size condo

Clean, good size condo right next to the slopes. Supplied with sufficient kitchen supplies but only had couple toilet rolls for the five of us.
