1 BR King, Bonus Sleeping Room Queen, 2 BA with private balcony, BEACH SERVICE

Vacation is a time to relax, enjoy quality accommodations and make lifetime memories.

Note: There is a one-time fee of 45.00 per parking pass that is not included in the condo rental amount. This is a third party fee for the parking deck.

This updated condo is perfect for a family or couples getaway. It is our goal to make our second home retreat as comfortable and inviting for your stay as it is for ours. You must be 25 or older to make a reservation for this condo.

The king bed master bedroom overlooks the gulf and includes its own balcony, full bath with two sinks, and a large closet. A smaller second sleeping room has a Smart TV with Roku, queen bed, window and dresser, but no closet. With the sofa sleeper in the living room, our condo can accommodate up to five guests. Each bed room has a TV as well as the living room. Comfortable beds with top quality linens makes for restful nights. The private, 18th floor covered balcony comes with breathtaking views of the sunset and beach. It extends from the master bedroom to the living area. A fully updated kitchen and laundry makes our condo a convenient home away from home.

Your day at the beach includes two beach chairs and an umbrella, reserved just for our guests. (Seasonal beach service is provided from 3/1 -10/31 each year.) This is a $350.00 value per week!The sugar sand beach is terrific for taking walks, making sand castles, flying a kite or just relaxing in the sun. Jet skis, paddle boarding and kayaking are available for rent nearby. Located at the wonderful Celadon Beach Resort, you may enjoy two swimming pools, fitness center two hot tubs, a gazebo and grills for cooking out. Celadon is one of the few resorts that also offers a tennis court, pickle ball, and badminton. There are pickle ball paddles and balls located in condo. There is also covered parking and an attached covered walkway bridge makes for easy access.

Our condo is located at the quieter west end of Panama City Beach, but is within easy distance of all the beach attractions. A wonderful grocery store is just down the street and is very handy. In addition, there are many larger stores a short drive from here to meet your needs. A variety of tasty and interesting restaurants and local activities provides something for everyone. Golf, miniature golf, go karts, shopping, bicycling and of course one of the best beaches in the world are at your disposal.

With the master bedroom balcony over looking the gulf and a quieter beach location, we knew this condo was the right one for us! We enjoy it as our home away from home, and it is our hope that our guests will feel the same. Safe travels.

We love this property and we stayed here in May, as well! The view is outstanding, well-decorated and comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen are newly renovated and well equipped with all you need. The Celadon Resort is luxurious…. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs! The entire resort is so well maintained-from the elevators to the pools, and landscaping and the beach is not crowded, at all, This is the only place we will stay!

Cute Little Get-a-way!!!

This condo was perfect for our little family vacation. It was my husband, my teenage son, one of his friends, my niece, and me. It was close to all the things, restaurants, Pier Park, etc. Even in prime summertime, we didn't have any issues with catching an elevator (we were on the 18th floor) or finding a parking spot. Aside from the heavy traffic (which is to be expected in June), everything else was fantastic. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly to all our questions (I had made an error on our parking pass and needed it corrected). We'd definitely stay here again!

Condo exceeded our expectations! Was super clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. There were even bag chairs for us to use at the beach along with the beach service chairs provided! Love the less busy west end. Close enough to all the attractions with less people on the condo’s beach. The pools were nice and never busy. There was even pool toys and noodles for guest to enjoy at pool. We ended up booking an extra day because we weren’t ready to leave. Will definitely book again!!!
