Privately owned beautiful 5th floor studio steps away from the sand. Balcony side view to both the street and the beach. Access to pool, small gym, and laundry facility. Centrally located to stores and restaurants. This studio apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessities one might need to prepare a nice beach side meal. This property has been popular with snow birds trying to get away from the cold of winter. There is a put put golf, pharmacy, and Starbucks, to name a few, in walking distance. The sand on this beach is flat so it's perfect for riding beach bikes or taking a run. A historic nearby Light House and tons of restaurants and stores make this the perfect get away. It's been a beautiful and lovely escape for many.
