CHARMING & QUIET 1 BR / 1 BA COASTAL CABANA with private entrance in the beautiful RIVERSIDE GARDEN DISTRICT. Nestled behind our 1920 historic home, the Cabana overlooks the pool, coquina rock waterfall and tropical gardens. Located within walking distance to Canal Street Historic District shops, art galleries, farmers market, city marina, bars, and restaurants. A quick 4-minute drive over the bridge to popular Flagler Avenue and our beautiful beaches.

Includes parking space in front of Cabana, use of residence pool, floats, heated outdoor shower, covered barbecue barn with Blackstone griddle & Weber kettle grill, wireless Internet, cable tv, washer & dryer access. Just steps to RIVERSIDE DRIVE for fishing or kayaking and nearby boat rental / public boat ramp (2-minutes). There are two nearby public golf courses (5-minutes) at New Smyrna Beach Municipal Golf Course and Hidden Lakes Golf Course.

Great getaway

My wife and I stayed for a week long getaway. We both are NSB fans. But are not ones to stay all day at the beach. This unit fit our needs perfectly. Great location in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Made use of the pool everyday. Owners are exceptional hosts.

The Best of NSB

NSB is my favorite place and, for me, there's no better spot than the historical Riverside district. This is the perfect location if you like a walkable area. I spent the week walking to the shops and dining on Canal Street, the events at Riverside Park, and then a quick drive over the bridge for all the fun on Flagler. The bed is comfy and it's a wonderful little hideaway to ride out the thunderstorms. Deb was so kind and accommodating - highly recommend!

Cabana Rental

The hosts are very personable and helpful. The rental was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable. Location was near everything we needed. The pool was available to us and looked inviting, however we didn’t have time this trip to enjoy it! We would definitely stay again!

What a gem!

This little spot is a gem. Everything was as advertised. The pool was perfect for the hot Florida days. Deb was very responsive and we enjoyed chatting with her and her husband. We have a new grand baby so we will be visiting often. We will book again.
