Why Debra Exum chose New Smyrna Beach
"The Coastal Cabana" is ideally located between the beach, intercoastal waterway and historic downtown New Smyrna Beach. A quick four miles to 1-95 and just over an hour drive to the Orlando Airport, Disney World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and other Orlando theme parks. AVAILABLE for rent on the property next door is our historic CARRIAGE HOUSE, a charming two bedroom apartment that sleeps four. VRBO list https://www.vrbo.com/642087 Renting both spaces would be ideal for three couples, a large family or group of friends. "The Coastal Cabana" is decorated beautifully with tasteful art, 750 thread count sheets, high quality bedding and lovely furnishings. It has the feel of a classy, well appointed bed and breakfast but with more privacy. The 10 ft. ceilings add to the spacious feel and ambiance. Tile throughout and area rugs offer a low maintenance, airy, and clean living area. The front windows overlook the pool area and the back window overlooks the tropical gardens and barbecue barn. As our guests, you are welcome to use the barbecue barn for grilling and relaxation, the swimming pool, fire pit and hot outdoor shower. ENJOY! Deb & Tom are friendly, personable hosts and always available to offer suggestions on restaurants, activities, art galleries, music venues, antique shops, specialty stores, festivals, beach parking, local parks, golf courses, veterinarians and much more! "The Coastal Cabana" is located in the heart of the New Smyrna Beach Historic district. By all accounts, Faulkner Street is one of the prettiest historic streets in town. Lined with ancient oak trees and nestled along the Indian River, it's the perfect area for casual river fishing or a three minute walk to the downtown Canal Street restaurants and shops. The weekly Saturday Farmers Market (7:00 a.m. - 12 noon) is located in Old Fort Park between Canal & Washington. Most weekends, historic Canal Street offers monthly venues such as art festivals & antique car show.
