This charming and comfortable apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building in the old town of Nice, recently renovated, without lift. It has been tastefully decorated. There is a double bedroom with plenty of storage space, comfortable sitting area with sofa and table for breakfast, bathroom with shower and modern well equipped kitchen. No air conditioning but a Dyson fan.
