Private entry with private court yard. Efficiency style set up consisting of a full sized kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher etc. (all inclusive of bedroom and living area and kitchen) , ideal for families needing a full size kitchen or business executive wanting the comforts of home , yet in close walking or a short Uber ride to downtown , the Tampa Convention Center. (There is also an executive desk and workspace with USB ports !).

This rental is in a perfect location the neighbors were awesome and very fun and friendly Gasparilla was a blast and the walk to it was very short! Absolutely recommend this spot. Th e hosts were so nice and very quick with responding!
