This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that is beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico. You can't get much closer to the beach than this. Sit on the balcony that look directly at the sand and waves and watch the dolphins play! Amazing views of the Gulf from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen has soft close cabinets, quartz counter tops, smooth surface stove, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher. No carpet in this unit - tile throughout. The complex has a heated swim through indoor/outdoor pool, jetted hot tub, grilling area with both gas and charcoal grills, covered and open parking, and shaded picnic area. It’s located in the heart of Orange Beach. It is in close proximity to the many local attractions, restaurants, shopping, golf, amusement parks, water sports, boating, fishing, and more. Talk about convenience - you can walk straight across the street for Fresh Steamed Seafood available at Lartigue’s Fresh Seafood Market. You can bring it back to the condo and eat on the balcony. Also - Grocery Stores, great restaurants, and local marinas are nearby. Cotton Bayou, which includes a public boat launch, is near. This condo is not a big high-rise complex and it is perfectly located! You will be hard pressed to find another unit this close to the Gulf. Not only are you on the beach, you are only steps away from having your feet in the sand and water.

The condo itself was clean and in great shape, but the rest of the facilities seemed to be starting to get a little worn down. Elevators wobbled, creacked and groaned more than expected. There were a ton of dogs on the beach which is not supposed to be allowed and I almost stepped in a large pile of dog feces as someone did not pick up after their dog. The Gulf never disappoints!!

Check in was easy and condo was actually ready early. Owner did communicate that it was ready early and let us check in early so that was super nice. It's a cozy comfortable condo with a great view. It could use new rugs and pots/pans for they are showing wear but condo was well cleaned. The elevator was very slow but it was a busy week. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely stay here again. It is in a perfect location to everything you will need.

For most all was clean but kitchen. Upon arrival stove, back splash, and upper cabnets was greasy and dirty. The rest of the place was perfect. It's like the cleaning services just over looked this area.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this condo when we saw it. It is newly renovated and is kept immaculately clean. It is in a smaller complex and not in a big high-rise. It is family friendly and directly on the beach. We have had renters say that they have never stayed at a unit that is this close to the water. You are a few steps away from the sand and Gulf. The heated indoor-outdoor pool is a huge hit no matter what time of the year that you stay here.

What makes this property unique

You can walk across the street to Lartigue’s Seafood Market, grab some shrimp and crab legs, and then come back and eat on the balcony while you watch the dolphins play in the gulf.
