In addition to enjoying our four adult children and one perfect Grandson, six dogs and two parrots we both own businesses which demand a lot of time. I am broker in charge of Greenwood Realty Inc. with 25 agents. Sam owns Retro Brand apparel and Bay Island Sportswear which manufactures licensed apparel for global distribution. When we have the rare opportunity to enjoy quality time with each other and our family and friends we head to the Smoky Mountains or Lake Greenwood for cherished family memories.
Location is always our 1st consideration when purchasing vacation rentals because we know we can change everything but the location... and rest assured we always build or renovate our properties with the finest finishes and touches that make our stay as special as we want yours to be! We love the convenience of our cabin to downtown yet a part of the Smoky Mountains, bears as well as other wildlife frequent our yard. Our guests regularly send photos and videos bear watching form our decks. There are 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 13 comfortable beds in this 6 bedroom 5 bath cabin so plenty of room to spread out or come together.
