The home is centrally located to shopping (El Paseo/111 shopping and Cabazon Outlets), casinos, Palm Springs tram, Joshua Tree National Monument, Salton Sea, and numerous hiking trails.

The open concept living/dining room and kitchen/family room opens to outdoor patio for relaxing, quiet meals, or entertaining. Cable TV, WIFI, and indoor laundry are included. Available as a seasonal lease or monthly rental.

Thanks Cheryl and Dennis for sharing your home with us. Although the stay was shortened by the coronavirus we did enjoy our vacation there. Your home was clean and very well stocked upon our arrival. It was lovely to meet you too. We would definitely stay here again!

Ok but not the absolute greatest

Property is well maintained and in great location close to anything you may need/want. Owner provides all you need for the stay and it is all in good condition. Property is very quiet. Patio is large and comfortable with Nat. gas grill, table and 6 chairs. Downsides are only one small bath with a single sink and low water pressure/flow in bath sink and shower. Property not really suitable for more than 2 as 2nd BR is small, with a fold away bed and has no separate bath. Guests thus are not recommended. Also garage is quite smelly because the trash can needs a good cleaning. Owner is quite accommodating but is a bit slow to respond to text or email messages/inquiries. We enjoyed the month's stay and would recommend it to others.

Perfect

I stayed in this house for several months while searching for a home to buy. This worked perfectly for me. With all the furnishings, I could put everything in storage. The owner is fabulous to work with and so very nice.
