About the property

House, 6 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 12)

This house is not any ordinary home… it’s uniquely designed for FUN!! You will have everything you need to enjoy Beaufort, from bikes and a canoe to relaxing mosaics of inspiration. Though 1006 Ann Street is among the largest capacity rentals in Beaufort, you won’t feel crowded. Ample common space, 4 full bathrooms, and plenty of kitchen equipment for the crew will make your visit a smooth operation.

Got kids? You’re covered here with cribs, boosters, scooters & bikes. Got a small dog? Our fenced back yard will do the trick. Need to stay in touch? High-speed wireless and cable is here for you.

Leave your sheets and towels at home and get ready to want for nothing!

Beaufort is a charming little historic NC town founded in 1709 which makes it the 3rd oldest in the state. Originally a Port of Entry and fishing village, Beaufort has a rich maritime history. The historic waterfront district along Taylor’s Creek offers visitors the opportunity to dine and shop while enjoying views of feral horses on Carrot Island and boats from all over the world at the Beaufort Docks. Water ferries transport visitors to nearby Cape Lookout and Shackleford Banks. There are historic and ghost tours available daily that provide a rich history of the area, and one of Blackbeard’s legendary homes is just around the corner from our vacation home! Tour the North Carolina Maritime Museum, the Beaufort Historic Site, and walk or bike the tree lined streets of the historic neighborhoods. There are fabulous restaurants by the waterfront to enjoy including annual events like the Food and Wine Weekend with winemakers and top chefs from around the world and the music festival. Whatever you decide to do, I am sure that you will find Beaufort as delightfully different as we do – and it's only 3 hours from Raleigh!

The home sleeps 12 and was built only a few years ago so has the amenities of a new home. We include bikes, a canoe, and other extras with the rental.

We enjoyed our stay in Beaufort and the home meet all of our needs.

We use the bikes everyday, and the canoe once. The location made it very easy to get to the water to launch. I would highly recommend this home to others.

Amazing Family Vacation

  • 5 of 5

Everything about this house was absolutely amazing! The bedrooms were airy, clean and inviting. The one bedroom upstairs had a balcony to walk outside and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or to see the stars at night. For a family of 5, it was great. There wasn't anything the owner did not think of, from the highchair to the crib, to a toy box full of toys. If you are in to outdoor activities, they had you covered, from bikes of every shape and size, helmets and even a bike child carrier, that my two year old grandson loved. The kitchen was big, open and roomy and had every amenity one could think of to cook a meal for a family. The decor was adorable. The tile work with the turtles was unique. The neighborhood was quiet, and the fenced in yard allowed this dog-loving family to bring our beloved pets. I cannot say enough about this vacation rental. Lastly, the owner was quick in responding to any question I had. Would highly recommend it, and would love to stay there again next year.

Cozy & Comfortable!

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed staying at Ann St house so much. It was perfect for our needs. Everyone enjoyed all the nooks and spaces to hangout: the backyard, front porch, back porch, common room upstairs, living room, the little balcony, the big dining room table, the little kitchen table! Wow. You thought of everything to make our stay perfect. And we loved the artwork throughout the house.

Lots of room and convenient location

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful stay for our family and two dogs. The main floor has an open plan so its a great place to spend time together. The backyard works well for the dogs with lots of open space. Easy walk to Front street and into the center of town.

The house is wonderful, and very spacious..

  • 5 of 5

The house was everything we needed during the time of my daughters wedding in Beaufort..It is very spacious and everyone can have their personal space but yet has enough room for everyone to gather and share special times and make memories. easy walk to sound, to enjoy the beautiful views and sunrise..It is an older house but has many updates in kitchen and bathrooms that are wonderful..The fact that there is no carpet in house is easy to keep sand swept up and clean..I highly recommend this house to any family wanting a special get together..It has everything you need ( bath towels, bed linens, and kitchen linens, all kitchen appliances, and utensils, washer, dryer, cable, internet, plus some recreational equipment, and a great fenced in yard if you have four legged family members.....I will definitely stay here again..
