The dining table easily seats 12 with a second table that will seat an additional 4. New high speed WiFi, new wash tower for your laundry needs, cable TV in the living room and two bedrooms, and central HVAC. Ground floor bedroom features a CalKing bed and a bathroom. The second floor bedrooms consist of two rooms with a CalKing bed (one of which is a master suite with a dedicated bathroom), one room with a queen and full/twin bunkbed, and one room with two queens.
