Located 2 km from the valley's lake, this family house is in the heart of the Marzelle district in Saint Hilaire de Riez. It is welcoming and just renovated. The 60 m² living room is made up of a cozy living room, open onto a pretty wooden terrace, as well as a dining room and a functional kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are pleasant. The 1300 m² garden is completely enclosed and landscaped in different areas: 30 m² terrace with barbecue, Zen area, large lawn for outdoor games and parking area. The proximity of the family campsite will not prevent you from fully enjoying the garden.

Beds will be made before your arrival, towels will be provided and cleaning on departure is included.

Belle maison avec un terrain spacieux et calme

Maison confortable. Excellente literie et cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Un camping est à proximité mais cela reste calme et reposant. bémol sur l’équipement barbecue qui devrait être changé

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in dem sehr schönen Haus. Sehr geschmackvoll und komplett eingericht

Das Haus liegt ruhig und wir haben schöne Radtouren in der Umgebung machen können. Die Strände in St. Gilles sind auch sehr schön. Das Haus mit großem Garten ist perfekt und ist neu renoviert. Es fehlt an nichts.
