Peaceful cozy place on the river with great views

Amazing location in WinterPark; secluded by trees and river and pond in front of building with a peaceful wilderness surrounding with Mountain View’s. Leave your car and walk to restaurants shops, market, and activities. Next to Great trails for mountain biking, hiking, walking and snowshoe and cross country ski in the winter. This place has it all for easy convenience. Enjoy the new Recreational center with indoor pool, hot tubs, showers, game/kids room, exercise room and laundry facilities. Free ski bus shuttle next to building to take you to the world class ski resort 3 miles away.
Must climb 2 flights of stairs but the view and quietness is worth the effort. This is non-smoking unit and no pets allowed or will loose your deposit. The fireplace is non functioning but electric fireplace to give it ambience.

The condo is on the third floor so you must climb stairs but worth the quietness and view .

This was the perfect place for our visit with our son. Very convenient to the town and the free Lyft bus pulls up right outside the building and takes you to the ski resort. The pool facility was very clean and a great option after skiing with 3 hot tubs. The house was great and very communicative to make sure we were good for the trip!

Great Winter Park condo

Very clean and comfortable condo for our 5 night stay in Winter Park. Great access with keyless entry and super nice recreation facility to use as a guest. We will return again.

This place has it all. Trails right out the door to hike, bike or cross country ski and snow shoe. Sounds and beauty of the river are so peaceful and views of the mountains as you sit on the couch or deck.
