Great location

Host was very attentive and always answered in a timely matter. Location was perfect with easy access to beach. Perfect to see fireworks for the 4th without leaving resort!!

We had a great time staying here! Perfect location for us and beautiful view from the balcony. The beach is easily accessible and was not super crowded. Love that beach service is included!! There are also more chairs in a closet along with some beach toys. I will definitely recommend this unit to others & we hope to go back!

R&R On The Beach

Enjoyed the nice wide clean beach and the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The place was decorated so cute and really enjoyed ourselves.

Beach Trip

We had a awesome time and the condo made the trip that much better. The location is perfect, very quiet condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

This place was great! Very clean and beds were comfortable. Owner was very helpful and responsive to emails. The view was awesome too, and right on the beach!!! We will be back!

Wonderful condo!!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this lovely condo! It is very well stocked and had everything we needed for fun at the beach! The beach and the pool are extremely convenient and the view from the balcony is beautiful!

Summer Family Vacation

Well stocked condo with nice view of the ocean. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities. Beach service was a plus. Pool, hot tub, grills, fitness center and gaming center were located close to condo and made our stay very enjoyable!

We had a great stay! The condo is right on the beach and the balcony views are amazing. Having beach service chairs was great, no hauling chairs and umbrellas! The condo is not the most updated vacation rental we have stayed at but it had everything we needed.

Has everything you could need

This is the perfect location away from the crowds and has all the amenities you could need. Excellent for your family of four, with two young daughters 7 and 9. Amazing views at all times.

Great Family Vacation

Renting was easy - made 3 payments & was it was completed. I had communication with the owner randomly asking questions & getting answers. The rental was excellent, great location, clean & equipped.

Great beach vaca

The condo & unit were older, but the owner was extremely nice & quick to answer questions. Seating in living room was GREAT, large L-shaped couch & 2 chairs were all comfortable & gave plenty of space for relaxing. View of the gulf was great! Showers were a little slow to drain & master bath curtain was a little dirty, but overall a great stay.

We enjoyed this property. It had plenty of space for us. The view was nice. It was clean and the owner is very generous to leave items for your emergency use and it was nice to have beach chairs out for us everyday plus items in the closet in the condo that were also for our use. We had no internet while there which was disappointing and the 2nd bedroom tv had no cable. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

The property was wonderful. Perfect location for a beach day and plenty of restaurants and fun within minutes. Only complaint we had was the building needed a water line repair, which caused a day without water. Made the best of the situation. Never heard from the owner about the issue. Little disappointed.

Hi Sarah and Brad, I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay at Moms Place. This is the first I’m hearing about the water main break; I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. Since the owners weren’t notified prior to the shut off, I don’t think it was a planned maintenance item. When they know about those things in advance they usually send an email and post signs in the common areas for those who are on site. I would have loved to have been able to help in some way!

Family Spring Break

Pam was a responsive host and has a true love of this condo. The condo met my family of five’s needs. Our favorite part were the two sliders and balcony off the main living area and master allowing us to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. The large open main living area with large dining table and roomy bedrooms accommodated our needs. We appreciated the short walk between the pool and beach with beachside chairs and umbrellas. The couple issues we had, we addressed with the host and had resolution. Though could use a bit of updating, the feel of the condo and complex was private and gated with location near shopping and restaurants that met our needs.

Great vacation

Great location also great ocean view. Condo is very roomy. The only thing that kept it from being a 5 star rating for me is housekeeping needs to step up their game. Once we got into condo and took our shoes, we started unpacking for the week. When this was done the bottom of our feet were black from apparently not being mopped. I then started checking the place out seeing where everything was. When looking at the washing machine, i noticed black stuff all around the inside lip of washer. After six cleaning wipes that was white when i started and black when i finished, I had it clean and ready for when we needed to wash clothes. This was the only two things that we noticed which caused me to give it four stars. Traffic will make a preacher cuss. Overall i would stay again. The owner is very helpful and very quick to respond when you message her. Im sure she is unaware of the few cleaning issues but i will be reaching out to her and im sure she will have it corrected.

Great 4th of July Week

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony was great and we were able to see so many fireworks on the 4th of July just by walking down to the beach (which is a very easy walk by the way). The kitchen is also well stocked and there is plenty of room for everyone in the den.

Summer Vacay

Rental process and check in very organized and simple. Property as described. Clean and stocked with general amenities. Beautiful view with balcony access from master bedroom and living area. Quiet family oriented property. My only negative would be not enough parking. Several occasions we had to drive around basically waiting for someone to pull out. Would recommend to others and would rent this property again.
