Beautiful Art Filled Home 15 minutes to Downtown

This comfortable and newly remodeled home sits on a quiet residential street in the Ardenwald neighborhood a few blocks from the Portland border in Milwaukie. We are Superhosts with a 5 star rating and have been hosting this home since mid 2018.
It's thoughtfully decorated throughout with local original artwork that's been curated by us, also artists! The trendy Sellwood and Woodstock neighborhoods are a little over a mile away filled with locally owned shops. We have put a lot of care into remodeling and have made the home welcoming and relaxing, perfect for your Portland getaway!
As a fine art printmaking studio owner and ceramic artist, we're excited to fill the home with local art we love, and our own art including some handmade pots.
The beds are comfortable queen size mattresses with nice quality linens, and there are plenty of bath towels and washcloths.
All of the cleaning products are natural and earth friendly and we never use anything strong or artificially scented.
The air conditioning and heating units are new and keep the entire house very comfortable.
Parking is available in the driveway, long enough to easily park two vehicles.
The 850 sq ft house is on a large lot with two homes on the property. The neighbors in the other house are friendly and respectful.
The landscaping is mainly in it's infancy and we have been putting in native plants as well as flowers that attract pollinators and birds. You can watch the hummingbirds from the front window!
There are two bedrooms in this single story home. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker and grinder, blender, and tea kettle. Filtered water and ice are on the refrigerator. The sunroom is where you’ll find the washer/dryer, ironing board and also has access to the deck and backyard.
