Beach Colony Oceanfront Resort si trova sull'esclusivo Golden Mile, che è una sezione molto meno affollata e più orientata alle famiglie di Myrtle Beach. È il luogo perfetto per una vacanza rilassante che offre anche un'incredibile quantità di attività e opzioni di intrattenimento a pochi chilometri.

Poiché il nostro condominio è un'unità finale, ha più finestre, più spazio, più privacy e meno rumore rispetto alle unità standard. Le finestre aggiuntive inondano di luce gli spazi abitativi del condominio, offrendo una "casa lontano da casa" luminosa e confortevole. Il balcone è situato in modo da offrire maggiore privacy rispetto alla maggior parte, consentendo una splendida vista libera sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano.

La completa ristrutturazione del nostro condominio include armadi, elettrodomestici e ripiani in granito aggiornati. Godrai di mobili moderni e confortevoli e di una cucina completamente attrezzata. Il condominio dispone di 3 TV con TV via cavo (incluso HBO), 3 lettori DVD e connessione internet wireless gratuita. Abbiamo fornito molti libri e giochi, un seggiolone e una culla portatile per le famiglie che viaggiano con bambini piccoli. Il condominio è inoltre dotato di lavatrice e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e la seconda camera ha due letti full size. Inoltre, il soggiorno ha un divano letto a una piazza e mezza.

Nice & Relaxing! Lots to do onsite!

Unit was clean and well stocked. Smart TV's were a plus. Amenities were great - hot tub, game room, onsite bar & grill, shaded areas, and more! Highly recommend and would rent again.

Amazing Condo

This condo was fantastic. Had enough room for all 6 of us and anything you needed was there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again and again. They had all the beach supplies you could ask for a more. Thank you again

Great stay!

Our family had a great stay at the condo. We fit perfectly and enjoyed the pool and beach at the resort. It was so nice to have the beach chairs/sand toys/boogie boards to use. We have a Wagoneer and parking was kind of a mess. A few nights we had to park down the street a ways.

Fun at Myrtle Beach

Location and condo was wonderful. Easy walk to beach. Good food and drinks at poolside bar. It took us a couple tries to open the door when we got there - didn't know to much the check mark but after that easy sailing. We enjoyed the beach, ate at Dicks, the hangout, señor frog, blueberry grill, jimmy D's to name a few. Wonderful location and wonderful place to stay.

Great stay over the 4th

The unit felt clean and modern. I appreciate the same toys, towels, chairs, etc for the beach. Pictures accurately display the space. My only qualm is the parking. For oversized vehicles, you can only park on the main floor which was full. When it’s full, you have to pay for city parking.

Great Place

The room it self was exactly as advertised. Clean, stocked kitchen utensils, rooms and balcony exactly as pictured. Pool and beach access, awesome. Tons of things for my 7 year old to do. Easy access for my 70+ parents. Property owners kept in touch with us, answered all my questions before hand. Not a bad thing to say about them! Our reason for the 3 star rating is because the parking at The Beach Colony Resort is horrendous. We have an F150 and there were only 20 spots for pick up trucks and large SUV's. Horrible to pull the truck in, if we could get a spot at all. Terrible to get out. To the point that we didn't want to leave our spot so we didn't have to fight to get back in. We ended up using Uber which added a couple hundred dollars to our trip that we weren't accounting for. As I said though the room, pools, and property owner were awesome and exactly as advertised.

Beautiful Condo

This was our first big vacation as a family and to say we are pleased with our stay is an understatement. The condo itself was so CLEAN and well kept up with. There was the perfect amount of space for our family. It was a very comfortable living space for the week! There is a great ocean side view from the balcony! The owners had beach toys, beach chairs and even a pack n play and high chair for our baby! Which lightened our load for packing the car! Curt and Teresa are VERY kind and responsive, we only had one issue that arose while we were there and they were quick to respond and resolve. You can tell they take great pride in caring for their guests and their property! The resort itself was also clean and well managed. We loved the pools and the lazy river was our kids favorite! The board walk made access to the beach easy. The parking garage clearance is a low and turns are sharp, but it was very nice to have a garage attached to the resort to easily access our car and keep it covered from the sun. We absolutely recommend this property and we hope to get the chance to stay here again next year!

Beautiful property, great amenities, fantastic owner

I took 3 teenage girls for a graduation trip. Fantastic property! AC worked great! All very nice finishings and furniture. Loved the beach, pools and lazy river! Cannonballz has a great variety of food. Saturdays are definitely happening with fun music outside. The lawn is very nice! We always felt safe and secure.

Family Beach Vacation

Our stay was at the Beach colony was great. The room was very clean and was plenty big enough for the 3 of us with two bedrooms and bath. It also had stuff for the beach and pool if you needed it. The resort itself was very clean as well and the people there were very friendly, especially down at the little restaurant. Overall it was great stay and will hopefully be staying there again.

STAY AT BEACHFRONT RESORT

The overall size of the unit was a little small, however it was not a deal breaker. We were disappointed in the beds and bedding. The mattresses were not plush. Felt like we were sleeping on springs. The floors felt gritty (cleaners need to do a better job). The property location is not in walking distance of the “strip”. Last, it should be some sort of posting or information provided regarding the beach. We were not able to use our own tents on the beach. We were forced to rent the umbrellas provided by a private company. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. I do not think we will rent this unit again.

Vacation get away

Our stay in Myrtle Beach this past week was amazing. The weather was beautiful as well as our condo. All of the necessities that were needed for our stay were readily available. Teresa and Curt were very sweet and made sure that if we needed anything that they could be reached with a quick phone call.

Family Vacation

The room was wonderful and very clean upon arrival. Our family of 4 fit perfectly as my kids each had their own beds in the 2nd bedroom and had their own bathroom. Everything was as described in the listing and it was great having the garage connected to the building. The pools were nice and didn’t get too over crowded in my opinion; and the outside area was well maintained. Would definitely recommend the property and Curt and Teresa were very easy to get in touch with.

Beautiful

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo for a week. It is so clean and close to everything. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and respond quickly. This complex has a restaurant, bar, and ice cream shop on site. This was so fabulous the day we arrived. We were able to stay on site and eat.

GREAT Property

My family (myself, wife, 13 year old and 11 year old daughters) just stayed here for 4 nights. The condo was beyond amazing. Everything was exactly as described. There was a very good supply of beach toys for kids, boogie boards, chairs, almost everything you could need at the beach. The resort itself was awesome too. We got drinks from the poolside bar every day. The staff there was beyond friendly. They even had a DJ playing music at the pool. From there it was a short walk to the beach. The unit itself is an end unit, and it was very quiet. We didn’t have any problems at all with our stay. It was very clean upon checkin. Communication with the owner was perfect. They emailed us about a week before our stay with all the info we needed. I even emailed them a couple times during our stay and they responded very quickly. They also leave their personal phone numbers on the fridge if you need them immediately. Overall, great host, great property, we will definitely be back!! Book it now, you won’t regret it!!

Perfect stay

Great communication by the owners. The condo was perfect and all we could ask for. We really enjoyed our stay. I can’t recommend this unit enough. Our family was jealous that stayed at another condo on how nice our room was.

Decent property

Overall it was ok. Their was sand on the floors when we checked in and the condo looked bigger in the pictures than it did in person. Also, we didn’t know the condo overlooked the parking lot of the neighboring condo and not the beach. You can see the beach if you lean over the handrail. The beds were clean and the AC was ice cold.

Great vacation!

My family had a great vacation stay at this condo. The owners provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with necessities. The showers were always hot, and the beds were comfy. Our kids loved the beach toys and the pool areas. We have zero complaints and will book this condo again in the future.

Loved it despite the weather!

We were disappointed w/the weather, yet still found fun! Great staff (CannonBallz staff took care of my major sunburn after our only beach day, Mon..."bar dog's" Dad)) We did leave umbrellas to pay fwd, extra TP, Master handsoap, & "emergency" feminine products as well. All of which we needed & assume others may, too. Thank you for your generous hospitality! Jen

Myrtle Beach has become a favorite spot for our family. With so many available activities for all ages and range of interests, Myrtle Beach has something for everyone. With regard to 617 Beach Colony Resort, our family first stayed in this condo in October of 2019, and we loved it! We even got to know the owners, so when it became available, we knew we had to make it our second home. Beach Colony is ocean front and has all the amenities you could ever want. It is located within a stretch of Myrtle Beach known as the “Golden Mile”. Named for its picturesque scenery as well as its quiet and mostly residential setting, it is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the beach.
