Great Location

Upgraded cable and wifi kept the kids entertained when storming on the beach. Lighthouse location couldn’t be better to get to the restaurants on both Orange Beach and in Gulf Shores. Some of the stuff in the condo could be replaced like the mattresses but overall it’s a good rental to get. Lots of covered parking in the garage to keep your car cool.

A little disappointed

Many many things needed to be fixed in this condo. I won’t list them all. Don’t turn on the ice make or water will run in the floor. We called in to the customer service number and was told someone would come. Nope. But we made it work!

Beautiful view

Our second stay here. The accommodations are clean and well kept. Beach access is great with 2 awesome pools. Parking...yes thats a big deal...is easy and the location is within easy distance of other venues. A little downside this trip, the icemaker in the fridge didn't work and that was tough given the triple digit temps during our stay. Also...we ended up buying more towels, very few were provided and we were washing towels 2 times a day. Reported the icemaker but not really given any help so we had to source ice which was tough as many places were just out. I would however recommend the location. We enjoyed our stay and plan to make a 3rd visit soon.

Great Location

The condo was close to the beach with an indoor pool and two outdoor pools. Inside was very nice with plenty of room and a great view. Only negative was the AC was hard to control.

Great view but...

We enjoyed our time in 715, but there are some issues with the condo. The refrigerator makes a wining noise and the fan in the guest room makes a clicking noise, so I had to turn on white noise on my phone. One decorative pillow in kids room was very dirty. If I knew how to attach pics I would. No bed sheet on the trundle bed in kid's room. Skillet needs replaced, the tephlon is very scratched up.

Furnature is outdated and wore out. Master Bed needed a new matress years ago. WiFi was bad, had to use a hot spot. The AC was terrable, run for 5 min and shut off for 15. Room never cooled down. The refrigerator had something black/rusty on the side. I travel a good bit and I dont like leaving bad reviews but for what I paid I expect a nice cool room. Feel free to contact me if want more details.

Great condo but unit is not comfortable

So many wonderful things about the overall building and amenities, ease to the beach and location to restaurants and attractions. However the furniture is old and very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again. If you have already booked I recommend plywood for couch so you don’t sink to the floor and a four inch mattress topper. It is just really uncomfortable. And the nasty orange brown toilet brush just did me in.

Great property

This property and unit were perfect for a group of 6. I wanted to add some extra comments for future guest. First this unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. It’s located just outside the elevator on the far right. Also there are plenty of FAST elevators. We never waited more then 30 seconds for one. Also never once did we hear commotion from it. Also the parking is a breeze. The condo does have a little storage room that has kids beach toys, a beach chair, miscellaneous floats and umbrella. This is big plus. They also supply plenty of towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tabs. The cabinets are fully stocked for cooking. You can buy ice with cash or card, perfect for this beach and pool coolers. Just outside the condo on beach you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas for $35 a day. For those that don’t want to tote to much.

First, the AMAZING customer service with Vacasa is hands down the VERY best I have received from any company during my frequent stays in Gulf Shores in over a decade. Relaxing

Location was great. The living-room furniture was oversized for the condo, master bed mattress is worn out. Sags in one side, There was no coffee pot. Very few pots, pans, and dishes. Had to go by my own. The dryer ducts need to be cleaned. Took several rounds to dry one load of clothes. This is a real fire hazard. Pools need to be maintained better. Lots of sand in the pools. Updating and maintaining needs to be done. Otherwise, perfect for kids and small family. Quiet and everyone was polite and appropriate. The complex was clean and always felt safe. I would stay here again.

Family Vacation

The condo was great for my husband and me, our three kids ages 4, 2, and 6 months, and my mother. The older two shared the room with the bunk beds and the walk-in closet in the master was perfect to put the pack and play for the baby, so it was like he had his own room too.

Vacation

This condo 715 lighthouse give you all you could ask for and more. Neat and clean. Large enough for my family and my sons family. The facility itself was really nice. I will visit again.
