Excellent!! The home was beautiful and only one relatively small concern arose, and the management responded and remedied the issue within hours. Highly recommend. Beware of your surroundings...a number of bear sightings, so be smart.

Thank you for sharing such positive feedback and for recommending us. We are glad our team could resolve your concern quickly and that you enjoyed the home. We also appreciate your note about the local wildlife, and we will continue to remind guests to stay aware and follow safety guidelines.
The property was an excellent choice that we made. The cabin was clean and very roomy. The check in and check out was so easy. If you want to see wildlife this is the place to stay. The cabin is just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and also a short drive to PIgeon Forge. We have stayed in a lot of cabins in the area and this one by far was the best.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cabin. There were 12 of us ranging from 72yrs-7yrs old. The amount of beds/bathrooms was perfect. The location was easy to find and close to all Gatlinburg has to offer. My personal favorite was the quality of the kitchen ware. Thank you for having stainless pots and pans! 5 stars! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful well-equipped home in the mountains. Property Management was very responsive to our questions. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend.
We were a group of 15 and each one of us was wowed by the property. It’s absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and at the perfect location. If we visit again, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Nice property, nice location for a large family or friends to get together. Easy to get to. Only minor issues, once reached maintenance responded and resolved quickly. I would stay here again!
Very nice and quite cabin everything was very clean. Only thing was we really didn’t have much privacy due to no blinds in the kitchen and living room area but other then that everything was perfect!

Thanks for leaving us such a wonderful review. We're happy you had a fantastic time with us. We hope to see you again soon!
We had an awesome time.
Cabin was super clean. Check in process and check out process was super easy and hassle
Free.
Kitchen was fully stocked or I can say over stocked.
I loved the fact the it was minimally decorated which was making it looking more clean.
I highly recommend.
Met up with old neighbors for the holiday weekend. This house was perfect for us!! All the adult bedrooms were upstairs and the kids had their own space to play on the lower level. Huge kitchen accommodated our group of 15 for meals and the parking was adequate for 4 large vehicles. Overall we had a great weekend and this property was well worth the price.

Thank you so much for this 5-star review. We really appreciate you being a customer and helping to share the word about us. We’re here for you anytime.
There is a family of black bears who live in this area so that was really cool to see!!! The drive up to the cabin is simple and roads are well paved. The cabin was clean and in a great location as well. The only downfall was the keypad getting in. It constantly was not working and with a ton of kids it was frustrating. The grill is also only a charcoal grill and doesn’t come with any grilling appliances so bring your own.
The property was VERY nice! Just two minor things. First is the kitchen faucet, simply from use, it needs attention. Second is parking...the description says parking for four is available, and we did fit, but if we had even one more bigger vehicle, we would not have fit. (We had 1 large truck, 1 small SUV, and 2 smaller cars)...just mentioning this for others to plan accordingly.
Oh, and we saw a bear!!!.. walked right through the “neighborhood”, it was very cool to see.

The house is a great size, and we really loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We loved the hot tub, movie theater, and the game room, and we never felt cramped, since there is plenty of room to spread out in the house. The proximity to town was also a plus, as it is only a short drive to restaurants and shops. Our only complaint was that the kitchen did not have any spices (not even salt and pepper), so we had to go buy all of those basics in order to cook meals at the house. The pots and pans that were provided were helpful, though. The house was clean overall, but the floors didn’t seem like they were very well cleaned. Our feet were always dirty after walking around. Overall, though, we loved the house and would stay here again!

Place was great!
I wish they would give me more details ahead of time and have an app to use.
We liked the home. But, hot tub cover was as we reported, broken in. Allowing grit and debree to settle in seat areas of tub. Door going out to hot tub area would not lock. This area is where youngest was to sleep. So he slept on pull out sofa in living room. Nothing to hang towels etc. on for showers. No pot holders in kitchen. Some things may seem trivial, but a little aggravating when not there. All in all we just really enjoyed our stay being so close to town. Loved sitting on porch and seeing and hearing Spring time birds.
The theater room projector didn't work when we got there but I was able to get it going. I didn't like going through 4 companies (Expedia, Vtrip, VDRO, Jackson Mountain cabins) and not having a solid communication avenue to confirm reservations before making the trip down there. Turned out to be a great week (other than we didn't see any bears, too early maybe)

Theater room did not function. Smoke detectors chirping. Service did not arrive until the evening before we checked out. Very disappointed.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. And we're sorry to hear we didn't deliver a 5-star experience this time around! But you gave us a roadmap with which to proceed, and we hope you'll allow us to make your next stay an even better one.
The property was nice, however, the theater never worked for the entirety of our stay. They sent out a technician who couldn’t solve the issue. The kitchen sink handle was broken and you couldn’t get hot water from it. The microwave handle was broken, the pool table was slanted, and when it rained the window leaked in one of the master bedrooms. It was truly unfortunate as it was a family holiday trip. The property was nice but it is clear that it’s poorly maintained.
