French pattern travertine tile floors in the kitchen, living room, dining room and bathrooms, and high-end vinyl flooring in the bedrooms.

There is a 65 inch smart TV with sound bar in the family room with cable TV. All bedrooms are also equipped with large smart Roku TVs (50”, 50” and 43”) including Netflix, news channels and many others. There is a Blueray/DVD player in the master bedroom as well.

The house is located directly on a beautiful fishing lake, which is about 30-40 feet behind the back of the house.
