This 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath beach house has everything you need for an island escape. The double porches encourage rest and relaxation. A backyard with a pool and bar is the perfect place for fun in the sun. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are on the second floor and open to the upper porch, where you can see glimpses of the ocean just ahead. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. A third-floor king suite has fantastic views of the ocean and an added living area. The funky beach vibe of the home invites fun! All this and just a few steps down a sandy path to the beach.

Family Spring Break

This house was perfect for our large family. 6 adults and 6 kids all fit perfectly. The short walk to the beach, pool, stocked house with everything you could need. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great property!

Really enjoyed our time in this property! It was perfect for our extended family with the 6 bedrooms and well stocked kitchen! We made most of our meals there. The elevator was so handy and we are glad we spent the money to heat the pool which we all enjoyed! Piggly Wiggly grocery was nearby for all our supply needs. The walk to the beach was perfect and the bikes made the longer commutes so fun! We hope to be back next year!

Excellent location, outdated home

The location is excellent, convenient, and very close to beach access. The house was well equipped, but old, outdated and filled with “stuff” or decorations. The property manager brought up “we will let you know if the property is available earlier than 4.” We did arrive early, let them know, and never heard anything from them about checking in early.pit of curiosity,I check and the home was not rented the few days prior to our arrival. It was ready, and they just never responded. That was disappointing.

Not what I expected

Many pros and cons on this property, location was great, walk out front door and you are at an entrance to the beach. Also easy walk to Coligny Circle. Plenty of room, but a lot of steps for me. Mattresses are very old and stained, we were lifting the twin mattress up to put a bedrail on for a toddler and there were multiple stains all over the mattress. Very gross!! Bathrooms were nicely updated and clean, plenty of towels, but dryer took forever to dry the towels. Rugs and furniture in the living room very old and stained, glad I brought blankets to put on the furniture to sit on and for the kids to lay around on. Dining room was very warm and chairs got stuck on strings from rug! A lot of spiders in house also. I may be a bit rough on my review but when I spend this much on a rental I expect it to be clean. Location was great and size was great, outdoor area around pool was dirty.

Great location

The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for a family of 12 . We cooked in every night but the location is close to shopping for short outings for a drink or ice cream. The beach was steps away and we really enjoyed the bikes included with the rental as well as the beach chairs which we used our rental credit for . The outside railings needed some maintenance but nothing that interfered with our wonderful family vacation week. I would definitely rent this house again .

Great Location, nice layout

House was great. Rooms were large and clean. Proximity to beach was amazing. Small issue with old oven not working, Vacation Company sent great service folks that wore masks and were super friendly. Enjoyed the stay and we plan on returning to Hilton Head and stay in this same house.

Great Getaway

The property is perfectly located, very close to the beach - short two minute walk, as well as close to restaurant's and shopping. Everything is very walkable. Plenty or space in the house and the kitchen was well stocked.
