• Primary Renter Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years or older.
• Gate Passes: One complimentary pass included; additional passes are $19 per car, per week.

• Pool & Spa Heating: Weekly pricing varies $600 (late spring, early fall) – $900 (winter) for pool & spa heat, and $250–$350 for spa-only heat. Pricing is prorated for shorter/longer stays. Minimum charge of 3 nights applies.
• Outdoor Grill: Cleaned before every arrival; propane provided with a backup tank.
