Great family home

Great home for a large family, we had 4 families with plenty of space. Well stocked kitchen and amenities at the house. Loved the pool area and proximity to the beach!

Family get away

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was perfect for our large family. Great location, not only for the beach but shopping as well. The property was quiet and perfect for us. We had adults, teens and children in our group.The kitchen was well equipped.

Very nice house. Nice amenities. Small pool. Shirt walk to beach. Neighborhood security issues.

Everything was great. Very nice house that our extended family of 15 enjoyed. Small pool was a fun place for the little ones. Very short walk to the beach for tons of fun. The bikes that were included were fun for riding on the beach and around the neighborhood. The only real drawback was the neighborhood security. We were warned by friends that there were reports of multiple vehicle breach-ins, so we took extra precautions. But it wasn’t enough as one of our cars were broken into at night. It would be nice if there were security measures added (Security drive-bys, cameras, etc.).

Beautiful Vacation Home

This house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family! Located just steps from the beach and had everything we needed! The pool was perfect after a day in the beach! The Vacation Company was great to work with! Will definitely rent from them again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and lovely home.

The property is very well maintained. We were very pleased with the response of the management company when we called regarding the barbeque. We felt that a few updates were needed in order to give this home a better rating. The two master bedroom beds were fine, however, all the other matrees and box springs could use replacing. They were very soft and squeaked when one moved around. The kitchen was very well equipped but the knives used in food preparation need to be replaced, they were very hard to cut with. It would have been nice to have some cleaning supplies to keep the kitchen and bathrooms clean during our stay. These few things would have made the experience perfect.

Perfect!

Our family stayed at this location for the first time. This house is perfect. Beautiful and everything right there. The pool is a perfect size and all the rooms nicely decorated and plenty of room. We have stayed in many rental homes at the beach and the house was by far the best supplied. Plenty of pool and beach toys, lots of beach chairs. The kitchen was supplied with so many dishes, and cookware, two coffee makers ( came in handy for those who like strong coffee and for those who do not), two dishwashers and two refrigerators! We had all that was needed for a week at the beach. We usually stay on the beach, this house is one row back but it was such a short walk to the beach that it was no problem at all walking the kids out to the ocean everyday. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to include some kind of child locks on the doors since the pool is right outside the door. It wasn't a problem just a concern. We would definitely rent this location again!

40th Anniversary Celebration

This beach home was an exceptional property. Plenty of space for 14 of us, and easy access to both the beach and the pool. We liked that the pool was level with the kitchen, so the little ones didn't have to navigate any steps. It was nice having beach and pool toys available, and the garage was huge for storage of golf clubs, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the grill wasn't cleaned by the previous renters, and we decided not to use it because it flamed up so bad we felt it was dangerous. Also, the little room off the upstairs master suite is actually not air conditioned, which made it uncomfortable for sleeping. Safety grab bars in all the showers would also have been beneficial, since two of us suffer from vertigo and always like to have something sturdy to hold on to while showering. None of these minor items would stop us from renting this property again. We had a wonderful family celebration for our 40th anniversary.

Best Vacation House!

Stayed at this property last week with family and friends and had a wonderful time!! The house is gorgeous! Plenty of space!! The pool is awesome!! Just a few steps to the beach and the views were amazing!! A wonderful neighborhood too! We had small children and teenagers and they all loved it!! Can't wait to go back!!!
