Sedona in the Snow

We got to experience Sedona with a couple of inches of snow, not that common but still able to hit the trails the next day and had a great time at Devils Bridge.There was an issue with the door code but host was very responsive and we were able to get in after speaking with her

Nice condo!

Marlee was a sweet and responsive host. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. It could use some updates but those updates are already in the works. Right off the main road and close to great food, coffee shops, and much more.

Location is quiet

Location is at least 6 miles from heart of Sedona. This condo is one step up from a Motel 6. Bathtub/shower surface was peeling off. Paint is off floor trim. Mattress in one bedroom was very worn down (both of us rolled to the middle). Pillows were very flat. No cable was a bummer. Surrounding restaurants were packed. Wait was usually over an hour. Sedona is beautiful though and it was nice being close to 2 golf courses. Other than that, I would pass on renting this place again.

I value the feedback that guests leave and try to make my condo a wonderful place to stay. This is the most negative feedback I have received and I feel that it is very inaccurate and reflects the guests overall experience in Sedona. Yes this condo is in the Village of Oak Creek, which is 6 miles from uptown Sedona. The Village of Oak Creek is quieter, has wonderful restaurants and shops as well as beautiful red rock vista trails less then a mile away but you do have to drive one of the most scenic highways 6 miles to get into uptown Sedona. My condo is nothing like a motel 6. It is a fully stocked, very welcoming, exceptionally clean, comfortable and loved space as seen by the photos. The entire shower unit was reglazed in 2019 and showed no signs of peeling in spring 2021. This is the first time a guest has mentioned it was peeling. The trim in the bathroom was repainted in 2021 and will be addressed again this spring. Last week it was brought to my attention that one of the beds should be replaced and this issue will be addressed this month. My superhost status on other sites is further confirmation that my condo is a very clean, comfortable, quiet and enjoyable place for guests to stay.
