Nestled in the heart of the Village under a mile from iconic Cathedral Rock and Courthouse Butte hikes, this quiet, 1st-floor 2 bedroom condo is a peaceful retreat at the end of a long day of hiking, golfing, skiing, or biking! We’re well equipped for your culinary needs – be it cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, or dining in one of the many new restaurants, coffee shops, or ice cream shops all within walking distance. Relax by the pool with a margarita, kick back and watch TV, no matter how you do Sedona, you’ll love it here!

The space:
We use this property for our personal vacations as well, so we’ve taken steps to ensure your stay is every bit as enjoyable as our own, including:
-Roku TVs in the living room and in one bedroom.
-Smart lights with Alexa control (Echo Shows in the bedrooms)
-Well equipped kitchen including cookware/bakeware and spices and staple supplies for our guests to use
-Red Rock parking pass included for free trailhead parking
-FREE EV car charging station conveniently located on premises
-Heated, seasonal pool (Mar-Oct)
-Free laundry on site
-Pull-out sofa (queen size)
-Ample free parking
-Miscellaneous items include:
Iron/ironing board, hairdryer, blender, toaster, smart thermostat, ROKU TVs, high-power USB-A, USB-C outlets on each nightstand and in the living room, miscellaneous board games, bicycle air pump, umbrellas, headlamps, cooler, and more!

Guest access:
Full condo including common spaces are available for our guests. Two parking spaces included and readily available. For guests with an electric car, a 220-volt EV charging station is conveniently located on premises.

Load and start the dishwasher
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Return the Red Rock parking pass, AmpUp EV charging card, and laundry key to the front door area.
If you used the pull-out sofa, please strip the linens.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be respectful of neighbors and observe the community quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the property, with the exception of a smoking area located behind Unit #106.
No Pets Allowed. A $200 cleaning fee applies to any pets brought into the condo.

The unit was in a good location for us since we enjoy hiking, and close to really good restaurants.The listing made it sound like the washer and dryer were in the condo, which they aren’t. There were no dressers to hold clothes and the closet space was limited.

We had a great stay! The property was just as listed. It was very clean. The host has all the amenities labeled for easy access and provides information and passes for the surrounding area to make the stay easier if you want to go hiking or visit any of the sites that require passes. I would defintitely stay at the location again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was quiet and peaceful, and in a nice location that was away from the more touristy areas. Getting to Verde Valley, where there are some great wineries, was very easy from here. Lots of hiking options close by as well. Plenty of restaurant options and a boutique grocery store was minutes away.

Our stay was wonderful here. It definitely had everything we needed for a family of five! We took advantage of the pool and the laundry facilities as well. Some of the washers and dryers were not working at the time of our stay, but we were able to do laundry as needed with the ones that were working. The location can’t be beat, close to several great hikes and restaurants! We would stay here again!

Excellent stay and experience

Stayed 4 nights after 3 nights in Scottsdale . It’s the perfect location and size of condo for our happy of 3. Beautiful scenery right outside the doorstep , coffee shops , Miley’s for breakfast and close drive into town . We did a few day trips Grand Canyon and Horseshoe bend and Antelope Canyon. Highly recommend !

My wife Julie and I chose Sedona for our second home (when we’re not freezing to death in Wisconsin!), and we’re delighted to share our town with you! We enjoy interacting and learning from our guests, and love introducing them to the joys Sedona has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Sedona has been called “the most beautiful place on Earth” and for good reason. The red rock formations found throughout Sedona offer something for everyone: a tranquil place to reflect, beautiful hiking, world-class mountain biking, and challenging rock climbing. Sedona is so close to my heart that I even wrote and published a travel guide to the area!
We chose the Village of Oak Creek section of Sedona because it offers all the amenities of Uptown and West Sedona, but without the traffic jams & crowds. It is a peaceful, quiet area where often the only noise you hear as you’re falling asleep is the howling of coyotes. At the same time, the Village boasts art galleries, shopping, a plethora of restaurants, bars, wine tasting, groceries, and much more.

What makes this property unique

The home is ideally located and has a host of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a pool, outdoor deck seating, free EV charging, and smart TVs. It’s my approach to hosting that really sets it apart though. After all, there are many great homes, but great hosts are much harder to find. My goal is to provide a home that is always cozy and convenient. You’ll find a kitchen stocked with more dishes, pots, and gadgets than you’ll ever need and plenty of extras that most hosts don’t provide: a cooler, yoga mats, headlamps, free EV charging, bike pump, and a Red Rock parking pass for free trailhead parking in the area. I’m also always available to answer any questions you have, either about the condo or the area in general, and always respond as quickly as possible. I love introducing guests to this beautiful area and want their stay to be as wonderful and memorable as possible.
